The hotel is a class apart. It is very close to the airport, which means it is a bit far from old town. We can get to downtown in about 20 minutes by cab. The botanical garden themed lobby is beautiful. The rooms are also spacious and amazing. The service is amazing in par with any Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast spread is also amazing.

Beautifully appointed and renovated rooms and public areas, with a nice gym and decent pool. The hotel is a short drive from the airport. The breakfast is very good, but the pricing is typically double that of the adjacent Hilton. The two hotels are connected through a lobby, allowing guests to charge dining to either room; however, they do not seem to share other facilities like the gym, spa, or pool. The fitness area is near the spa, which offers a sauna for an additional fee.

Over the course of many trips and many years, I have gotten to know the Hilton Cairo Heliopolis and the Hilton Towers, which is now the Waldorf Astoria. It has been my "go to" hotel for multiple reasons. In particular, I have gotten to know the outstanding staff, particularly Martina Naemi, Mahmoud Abdelazziz, and now Jessica Nader. While I can stay at many hotels, I keep coming back to the same one because they make me feel like a valued guest and friend. I am grateful as it feels like coming home when I stay.

"I had a fantastic stay The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed.
