Hand downs, this is by far the best Tonkatsu place I've ever had!
The best means the quality of food and price combination.
The quality of their food is top notch.
Pretty fresh and clean authentic Japanese Tonkatsu restaurant.
Service is fantastic and very friendly.
It's like a show to see the chef to cook.
We can't speak Japanese (We are from Taiwan and US), but we still enjoy the food and service every bit.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic, and quality food.
Can't wait to go back when I visit Osaka again.

「とんかつ ふじ井」を訪問。
ミシュランビブグルマンでもあります。

Table Checkで予約して平日の11時半に伺いました。

TOKYO Ｘ　ロースカツ定食 3,500円を注文。

20分くらいで提供されました。

とんかつは真ん中が淡いピンクの揚げで身はジューシー、脂はさっばりしてほのかに甘くて肉の旨みが凄いですね！とても美味しいです。TOKYO Ｘで豚さんのレベルが高いのはありますが、揚げ加減が絶妙ですね！

串カツあーぽんさんのカラシソースも激ウマです。

最後まで美味しく頂きました。

I made a reservation through Table Check and visited at 11:30 on a weekday.

I ordered the TOKYO X loin cutlet set meal for 3,500 yen.

It was served in about 20 minutes.

The fried tonkatsu is light pink in the middle, the meat is juicy, the fat is light, and the meat is slightly sweet, and the flavor of the meat is amazing! It's very delicious. The quality of the pork at TOKYO X is high, but the fried quality is exquisite!

Kushikatsu Appon's mustard sauce is also super delicious.

It was delicious till the end.

商店街の近くにある隠れ家のようなとんかつ店で、1ヶ月前に予約を取って訪れました。店内は清潔で、7席のカウンターが整然と配置され、引き出しに収納されたお箸やメニューの美しさに感動しました。今回は平日限定の「本日のヘレカツ（70g）」と「ささみかつ（70g）」の定食セットを注文。ササミカツの驚くほどの柔らかさと、ヘレカツのジューシーな肉汁に大満足。どちらもお塩やソースとの相性が抜群で、ご飯やキャベツのおかわりもできる満足度の高い一品でした。

I made a reservation a month in advance and visited this hidden tonkatsu restaurant near a shopping street. The inside of the store was clean, the 7-seat counter was neatly arranged, and I was impressed by the beauty of the chopsticks and menus stored in the drawers. This time, I ordered the weekday-only set meal set of ``Today's fillet cutlet (70g)'' and ``Chicken cutlet (70g)''. I was very satisfied with the amazing tenderness of the fillet cutlet and the juicy gravy of the fillet cutlet. Both went perfectly with salt and sauce, and were a highly satisfying dish that could be used as a substitute for rice or cabbage.
