Not the best Din Tai Fung, which most people know is the Taipei 101 location. But for expensive (for Taiwan) "fine dining" there is no bathroom in the restaurant. This is pretty inexcusable as you have to use the public bathroom attached to the food court of the shopping center, which was disgusting and out of hand soap. It's also very far from the dining tables. Two of the items in our order were also sold out after ordering them (marinated cucumber and eggplant). The Xiaolong Bao are also very small and the pork ones were overcooked. The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour and might've been the worst, most flavorless hot and sour soup I've ever had. The fried rice was good, but the "crispy" pork was not even remotely crispy. The service was fantastic as always, with very attentive and friendly servers.

The staff is all friendly and professional. Similar tastes of local restaurants are good, but eating with good service in a neat restaurant gave me great pleasure. I especially appreciate the delicate service from the staff.

Delicious! Yummy! Toothsome!!
Marinated chicken is our favourite food. And the Xiao Long Bao is on the must-try list, which favour of crab roe and truffle are the suggested one.
The service is good and the waiters are helpful.

Quite a long queue. People rush to queue when mall open at 11am.

The early goers do not have to wait too long as the crew is very efficient. They do require everyone to be present before they seat you.

Food else is the usual above average standard. Price reflect the good efficiency of the restaurant.

Food is great. Has english menu and ordering is via cellphone. Staff are attentive, refills our service water, and tea.

We ate around 3pm on a weekday and no waiting time. Lots of available table.
