If you want to try traditional Turkish kebaps you need to visit Tavaci Recep Usta.

You only choose a main dish from the menu, other all sides are served as fix menu including; two type of salads, eggplant dolma, içli köfte( boiled kibbeh), çiğ köfte(meatballs with bulhgur), desserts and tea.
Everything were very delicious. Waiters were helpful and kind. Also if you visit during the day or sunset time you can enjoy views of the Prince Islands.
Highly recommended.

This Michelin star Restraunt is absolutely delectable. The culinary experience here is unmatched. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees. The meat is so tender from the perfectly grilled lampchops to shishake (something like this) and the Adana kabob is safe option if you don’t like to try a lot of things. The salads were delicious. We tried the chicken and the steaks as well as the mixed platter. The dips and appetizers we got were the stuffed eggplant and some delicious spreads. The kunafah and baklava desserts just melt in your mouth.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant when in istanbul. I was recommended Recep usta by my friends from turkey. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The serve some appetizers and desserts on the house which was very nice. The food we ordered was very delicious. All the meat dishes were very tasty. The seating area and the ambiance is very nice. Must visit if you are a group or family.
