After having already dined at TUNG in Hanoi we simply had to book a table at their sister venue in Saigon. TUNG is still our favourite restaurant ever so our expectations were high - and can already say they were met!

A great tasting menu with local ingredients across 15 courses, each surprising us again with a depth of flavour in each.

Service and ambience are fantastic and all considered it’s really amazing value for money.

If you like tasting menus you have to experience Tung!

I had the opportunity to enjoy dinner here 3 times and each time I had a great experience. The restaurant is luxurious with an open kitchen on the 1st floor and a dining area on the 2nd floor. The lighting and music are just right, helping customers to fully focus on the food. The menu has a lot of dishes, so remember not to eat too much that day, otherwise you will be too full. The staff are kind and quick. When a new dish is brought out, the staff will explain about that dish, including the ingredients, how to eat it... The dishes are very elaborately decorated, extremely beautiful, and the taste is wonderful. On the 3rd time here, the restaurant offers a menu that combines Western cuisine with Vietnamese cuisine, honoring ingredients and spices from many regions across Vietnam. Honestly, I really like the menu of the 2 previous times more. However, it is still a memorable experience. I look forward to the opportunity to come back and experience the restaurant's new menu.

Truely amazing dining experience at both the Saigon and Hanoi outlet. Service are super attentive and food is absolutely delicious. Beverage pairing ( alcohol or none alcohol one are unique Andes delicious too). Highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience this was. We left with our bellies full, our taste buds satisfied and a night that will stay in our memories for a long time.

Each dish has been carefully curated using locally sourced ingredients to create a cohesive 15 course degustation menu inspired by local flavours.

Well done to the chefs and to the front of house team, who were extremely attentive and friendly.

My only feedback to the restaurant would be to improve their wine pairing offering and wine selection. A gamay / beaujolais would have been perfect.
