We stayed here as a special treat a while back. Amazing ski location and informative staff about best skiing locations and routes. The spa is out of this world phenomenal and the food is awesome! Highly recommended.

Not worth the money and far far away from 5* superior. Go somewhere else. Service not helpful nor friendly - except for the people who work there at night. Dirty rooms, stains in a lot of places (see photos). They offered us to change rooms but the others were dirty as well. I asked for the manager he didn't even bother to talk to us and just walked by. We paid 450eur per night. Way too overpriced. I would have rather stayed at a moms and pops place.
Do not stay here!

5star plus i must say i imagine differently. This is a five star joke. the design of the hotel is a very big mixture of old and new. There were several things we got annoyed with - we couldnt stop an intense heating in the room, the toilet was smelly even though i asked many times to refresh it again, the spa wasnt cozy and warm enough. Nothing really impressed us. Isnt that what you expect in five plus? The hospitality of the team was way below five star service. The only memorable person in this hotel was Ivan in the restaurant that  we felt like he truly cared and enjoyed his job. When the GM came quickly during dinner and asked us everything ok?, i didnt feel like he was really there to hear if we werent.

We can only recommend this place, above-standard services, professional and friendly staff, all the restaurant services and cuisine are exceptional. The restaurant manager take care for guest satisfaction and extraordinary service. We recommend half-board to everyone. Nice and friendly place in an exclusive location.

Fantastic hotel and spa,  we were lucky enough this year to be upgraded to a 5* room. After a hard day's skiing there's nothing nicer than being able to use the spa. Food excellent quality with great service. Would definitely recommend.

Very very expensive....most expensive drink prices we found in St Anton. I used to avoid this place and go to the underground bar, but sadly the underground bar has closed down...8 euros plus for 500 mm beer 🍺. Very crowded. If you have deep pockets and you don't mind being ripped off it's OK...better bars up the mountain. Didnt eat there....however the food looked really good.

When you are in Sankt Anton a visit to Das Basecamp is mandatory! A really good ambiance and good service at the bar. Who doesn’t want to party in the sun and when it’s getting colder the tent closes and the heaters are on. The DJ is good as well.

Good apres bar. I visited most days during my trip for a drink at the end of the day before heading back to the hotel for dinner. Service was good and the atmosphere was friendly.
