To be honest it goes fast… lovely process that they defied the lonely traveler with the teams and bring them together in a Gondel.
Enjoy the view and take some rest, because when you enter the doors you will go with the flow and cross the slopes.
Also it was an awesome view with snow and ice on several buildings.

A great atmosphere and food on Olympiaplatån! Fresh, new, cozy and luxurious feeling. Pasta was so good (truffle pepe / salciccia : both 2 were very nice. Even kids liked salciccia although it was a bit spicy) Pizza delivered the quality (dough and its crispiness) and my carpaccio was very good (and enough for main dish)

Service didn't catch up the food quality unfortunately. Had to ask 3 times for table water. We didn't get any bread although we asked for and other tables got them. Drink came out in different timing. Except the one who worked for our table, no one seemed to care of our request anyway.

However, enjoyed our lunch so much, probably it is due to its location and interior. anyhow we will book lunch table again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience overall. The property offers outstanding views, and we were lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights right from our room – truly magical! The food was fantastic, and the service especially at the restaurant was impeccable, making every meal a delight.

However, there was one downside. We had booked treatment packages weeks in advance, but they were canceled unexpectedly, and unfortunately, no replacement slots could be arranged. This was disappointing, as we were really looking forward to the spa experience.

Despite this setback, the beautiful location, excellent food, and attentive service made our stay memorable.

During our vacation we had the pleasure to spend some time in the SPA and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner. Of course the food met our expectations but outstanding was the SERVICE! JUST PERFECT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Unfortunately we don’t remember their names, but he has a big/long beard and the second person, she was from Lund ☺️

Pretty shocking to be quite frank. We came for lunch after hearing it was a nice hotel to be really disappointed. The view was severely average considering you have to look over the car park. The service in the restaurant was abismal. Think 30 mins for them to tell us they did not have any cinnamon buns. The food was also poor, their sandwich looked and tasted like cat food. Really you need avoid, horrifically expensive for what it is, undertrained staff and poor atmosphere. I would really stay in Åre, nowhere near Copperhill. There are nicer restaurants and hotels. It felt like daylight robbery for poor service and food.

Great place which can offer more than enough to have one well entertained during a weekend getaway. Very pleasant and helpful stuff, nice interiors, and, of course, the SPA. It's more enjoyable in early hours though, otherwise could get a bit too crowded. Last but not least, the treatments: I was recommended to try out Ayurvedic Yoga massage and went for it and never regretted a penny spent on it. It was an out-of-this-world experience which put both my mind and my body in the better place. A few guidelines here: book well in advance and come in a dry swimsuit/underwear.

Great hotel, staff, and location - a great trip had however…

Unfortunately my partner got food poisoning from dinner at the restaurant on the second last day we stayed there. We asked for a slightly delayed check out to allow for a bit more rest which was refused so not a great end to our stay.
