We enjoyed the Sunday brunch at Mosaic, which is only held on the last Sunday of each month, and I highly recommend it. Our arrival was met with a warm and professional welcome. We were seated in the beautifully decorated courtyard, with the inviting scent of the barbecue in the air. The menu detailed all the dishes we would receive, and there were many! Everything was incredibly delicious, and we left completely satisfied, in a pleasant "food coma." It's a stunning location with a very professional atmosphere. The interior is beautifully designed, with comfortable chairs, and we had a large table all to ourselves, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

My experience at Mozaic in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. We opted for the wine and cocktail tasting menu, which was a fantastic choice. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through the ingredients of each dish and drink.

What truly elevated the evening was the personal touch from Chef Blake, who came over to chat with us. As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed by how accommodating the restaurant was, ensuring every course was perfectly tailored to my dietary preferences.

It’s hard to pick a favourite because everything was simply outstanding. The garden area added a serene and intimate vibe to the whole experience, making it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Mozaic.
Went here for a special occasion and every dish was great and the pairings were very well suited to the courses.
The staff were lovely! There is still room for a little improvement toward excellency but I enjoyed myself very much nonetheless.

The cocktail pairing was a really interesting take!

The food was expensive, but nothing I didn’t know about ahead of time.
Would recommend coming here for an unordinary Bali dinner.

My wife and I visited this restaurant with another couple (family from the US) for dinner. We dined in the formal dining room and had the chef's set menus. 2 of us had the 8 course seasonal menu and 2 had the 6 course botanical menu. From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely wonderful and welcomed us with complimentary canapes to go with our pre-dinner drinks. We then headed down to the dining room and found a lovely room with a friendly atmosphere. I particularly liked that they didn't try to jam too many tables into the space. The soundproofing foam under the tables also helped ensure we were able to hear each other easily and enjoy our conversation with having to shout over the sound of other diners.
In terms of the food, I'll let the photos tell the story and sum it up with a single word.. Exceptional.
We can't wait to go back.

Best wedding gift ever! Apart from the extraordinary food and extremely kind staff, what made this experience special were the little quirks, such as i) being seated inside for the first half and outside for the second half of the 6-course dinner, ii) having a tray on display with all the herbs and fruits used in the courses, so we can smell them before tasting them, and iii) having the star chef introduce himself and one of the dishes. Excellent value and would come back again
