Service couldn't have been better! Peter went above and beyond, even making my birthday a super special day! Sarah, Ruby and Chandra also were amazing, they made our whole family feel so at home and welcomed. Highly recommended a stay here, family of 4 with children 8 and 6. We look forward to returning soon!

Its unique location in Sentosa makes this hotel a great getaway place. Plush natural surroundings are ideal for people who like peace and rest. Food is really good. The Italian restaurant is our favourite. Every dish tastes good. KweeZeen restaurant morning breakfast has wide selections. We like it too. Lastly, the bed and pillow are first class. When you try it, you will know.

Remote location in a quiet area of Sentosa.

Service was adequate but they were clearly understaffed. We showed up to check in at exactly 3pm. The queue to check in took around 30min of waiting, there were only 2 counters serving all guests, everyone was visibly ticked off. Check in was then delayed by an hour as the room was not ready but they offered a free high tea set while we waited. We only got into the room past 4pm.

Furniture is visibly dated, pool furniture was also worn out.

The first night, we attempted to call for additional pillows but could not get through to house keeping despite calling for 30min. Even worse, the call was declined after just 1-2 rings, meaning someone on the other end intentionally declined it.

Note that at the pool, no outside food or drinks are allowed. There were no signs put up or notices issued. We brought just 2 cans of cider and some fruit to enjoy at the pool but was rudely told by the pool staff to stop eating. We complied and stopped eating, but left it on the table as they were already open. He returned and again rudely told us we had to keep them such that they weren't even visible. I have never been to a 5 star hotel with this rule at the pool. It would be understandably if signs were put up but there were none. The refreshments we planned to enjoy is now wasted because of some hidden rule that was rudely told to us last minute. Keep in mind, the food sold at the pool is grossly overpriced, at $10 per soft drink, over $20 for a small cocktail.

Overall, while the location and premises promise a 5 star experience, the service and upkeep was a let down.

Everything is good there. Staffs friendly and polite. Breakfast good too. Can be perfect if toothpaste is normal by tube like other hotels. Had a hard time tearing it. Will be much better too with 2 bottles of drinking water like other hotels too.

The ambience of the hotel was amazing. Celebrated my wedding anniversary there. Loved the room with all the amenities.  Bed was comfortable, just that the pillows were a tab bit too soft. The pool was inviting and nice to swim in. The atmosphere around the pool area was so relaxing, as was the bar overlooking the pool. The concierge was polite,friendly and very professional as were the staff at the bar and at breakfast the next norming.  Was surprised with the anniversary cake that had been placed in our room just before we got to the room.  Overall it was a great stay and the wife and I loved our stay and would definitely come back as we haven't tried everything there yet.
