We loved our stay at Hotel Mayfair Copenhagen. The hotel is beautifully presented, and is in a perfectly central location. The rooms were clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable. Staff were always available at the desk for assistance if needed. We had no issues while staying here, and would definitely stay here again on return to this city.

Awesome hotel in a central area of the city. The rooms are cozy and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in while traveling, which made it hard to get up in the morning - especially knowing how cold it was outside! The staff is so friendly and I was even upgraded upon check in and offered a mini bottle of champagne. The bathroom is small but comfortable enough if you’re not too big/tall. I’m petite so it worked well for me. The decor is nice as well, very minimalistic. The only thing to consider is that the walls are pretty thin. You could hear muffled conversations or people walking above you but that’s to be expected since it’s an older hotel. I checked out the fitness room and it looked nice. I didn’t try the breakfast - it’s an additional charge for it and I decided to just try the several coffee shops nearby. I ate at a local kebab place called Killer Kebab which was amazing for a quick bite. If I ever come back to Copenhagen, I would stay at Mayfair again.

Our experience at Hotel Mayfair was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the hotel's location provided convenient access to the centre of Copenhagen. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in due to our early flight. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and arranged this for us, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—a thoughtful gesture that enhanced our stay.

Our room was immaculate, modern, and easily accessible. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring our room was spotless each day and providing fresh towels regularly. Thoughtful amenities such as the in-room speaker and the AirPlay feature on the TV made for a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, among the best I have ever slept in. The bathroom was well-appointed, featuring a spacious shower and bathtub, a large mirror ideal for getting ready, and additional conveniences such as a hairdryer and steamer.

As mentioned, the hotel's location was ideal—approximately a 15-minute walk to the heart of Copenhagen, with numerous bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Cycling was another enjoyable option, taking just 12 minutes to reach the city center. The hotel also offered bike rentals at a reasonable rate for a four-day period.

Lastly, the staff at Hotel Mayfair were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They provided us with a city map and helpful recommendations, further enriching our visit. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

I stayed here with my daughter for a city break. The hotel was beautiful and was centrally located, only a short walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel and would book here again if we were visiting Copenhagen

Had a good stay here over the holidays for three nights. The location is great, close to metro and a 10min walk to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are on the small size but the beds were extremely comfortable, as others have said. The breakfast was quite expensive but great quality, one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had really.

Minor quibbles - we could hear music from a nearby club late into the night due to the thin walls. The lighting in the room was very dim (hygge??) There were no temp controls in our room, just a knob to turn on a radiator. So most nights we woke up sweating from the heat. And the hotel staff were super stingy when pouring drinks at the bar! Especially for the inflated price. So I would avoid that. Overall though it was a good stay and great value for the money.
