Pinuku is a gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. The mochi here is a standout—deliciously soft and bursting with flavor in every bite. Each flavor I tried was perfectly balanced, offering a unique and satisfying taste experience. The pastries were equally impressive, with a rich, flavorful base topped with a sweet and lightly salty layer that created the perfect balance of tastes. It’s a delightful combination that keeps you coming back for more. To top it all off, the Vietnamese coffee was strong but smooth, providing a robust finish to an excellent dessert experience. Highly recommend!

Finally! This is the only place in Amsterdam that makes their own mochi fresh every morning, same goes for the mango sticky rice, cendol and the klepon! My personal favorite is the purple mochi (🥥🍮 🍡roasted coconut caramel flavor) and the kalamansi refresher with cream cheese topping 🤌🏼🍋🍦but don’t sleep on the mango sticky rice!!! 🥭🍚

First impression was the staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful! I decided to try the Honey Matcha Yakult, Coconut Mochi (the purple one) and of course the Mango Sticky Rice. Only have photo of the drink 😅 (1) Texture wise the mochi is really good, super chewy but not too sticky, I also really like the texture of the filling inside with I believe some small coco’s shredded. Only one point is I’m not tasting a lot of the coconut flavor. (2) Honey Matcha Yakult is super pretty. A very fresh and new combination of drink but matcha flavor according to me is still lacking due to the yakult flavor being too dominant 😅 (3) Mango Sticky Rice is 10/10, best mango I’ve ever tasted in the Netherlands, ripeness and sweetness 10/10, sticky rice and sauce also very good. 👍 I would definitely come back to try other drinks as well!

Seriously some of the best Mochi I’ve ever had. They make it fresh every day. Also gets me to try other desserts I’ve never heard of that are just as fantastic!

Last week I passed by Pinuku by coincidence and decided to step in. The guy who helped me was super friendly!

I bought the peach mango pie mochi. It was incredible. Soooo good, could taste the freshness, I wish I bought more! I didn’t have much time or else I would have tried some of the amazing drinks on their menu. Viet egg coffee!!
