This hotel is excellent. It offers a clean environment, a fascinating artistic interior, and an outstanding, rich breakfast.

But the absolute best thing about this place is the staff – they are truly amazing. We arrived at 1 AM, and the receptionist warmly welcomed us. He even showed us a map, pointing out the best places to visit and where we would enjoy our time the most.

If you want an exceptional experience, visit this hotel – it will make your trip to the beautiful city of Lisbon absolutely perfect.

Location is perfect and well disguised as a hotel.
Its located on the level part of Lisbon so access is great for the physically challenged or older people who like to walk to all the hot spots. Breakfast was more than good and never left us wanting for more. Close to the train station and all the high end shops if that's your thing. Also very close to so many great restaurants. We will likely choose this place again when we return to Lisbon.

The only drawback for me was the breakfast selection. While there were vegetarian options, I noticed a lack of variety in the meat options—the only available meat was pork. For guests who prefer other types of meat, this could be limiting. It would be great if the hotel considered adding more non-pork options to cater to a broader range of guests.

Overall, the excellent staff and comfortable amenities made this a great place to stay, and I would recommend it, especially if breakfast variety isn’t a top priority for you.

We only stayed for 2 nights but had a brilliant stay. On arrival we were given a warm welcome and a lot of information to help us see as much as possible during our short visit. We were also given recommendations for where to eat which we used and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
The room was spotless, breakfast was very good with an excellent selection.
The staff were very friendly, happy to help and advise.
We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
