Great 5 star hotel in the heart of Saigon featuring outstanding city & river view from very high floors. We went there as a couple and have truly enjoyed ourself. The staffs were very helpful, you can choose from a variety of high end restaurant at reasonable prices. Obviously the best time to look at is during sunset and sunrise. Despite the altitude you can access a small square balcony which allow you to share a cocktail or two with your beloved one. Kind size bed was so comfy, and amenities were at the level of a 5 start city resort. We will be back!

He made my stay feel welcoming and effortless.

The hotel itself is immaculate, exuding luxury and professionalism in every corner. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was well-thought-out and added to the sense of relaxation.

The staff, much like Joey, was attentive and courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. It’s clear that the hotel places a high emphasis on quality service.

I booked this hotel for my birthday. The stay was wonderful and so was the service. They even provided a small birthday cake for my birthday. They have welcoming drinks at the lobby and the swimming pool.

The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and bathroom products were of good quality.

The breakfast that had typical Vietnamese dishes such as Pho, Hu tieu nam vang and banh cuong but also several European food.

Really good location, close to markets , opera house ,  it’s inside Saigon Centre, so you can eat and shop without leaving the center when it was too hot. The windows have very good glazing as we didn’t hear any street sound . Guests can use the amazing centurion gym , lovely staff at level 6 booked a class for me. Rooms are very nice , excellent bedding and free coffee , minibar and snacks. The rest of the hotel is so nice , but the design of reception is a little strange , feels like lining up to buy train tickets or at the post office . And no porters at the taxi drop off point .

A hotel with a nice and interesting interior.
Very attentive service.
Good breakfast. Large selection of dishes that can be ordered from the menu (included in the price). NB! The portions of the dishes ordered from the menu are small. The selection of dishes is not very large, but everything we tried was delicious.
There was one beer and a couple of lemonades and water in the minibar and they were free.
There is a small kitchen in the corridor with a hot drinks machine and you can get free fruit from there in the morning and cookies in the evening.
Our room had a good view of the city. The windows have very good noise insulation, street noise was not heard in the room at all.
The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the access to it is through the mall, which slightly reduces the feeling of exclusivity, but for those interested in shopping, this can be a plus.
Very central location. Saigon Square Market is next door and Ben Thanh Market is a short walk away. The high-end shopping area and promenade of the city center are a 5-minute walk away.
The swimming pool is on the sixth-floor terrace and is shared between two hotels. There are very few sun loungers by the pool and you may not get a seat during peak hours.
We chose this hotel because we definitely wanted a hotel right in the city centre with a good pool and not a worn-out interior, and this seemed to best meet these criteria.
At first it seemed that we could have chosen a larger hotel to feel the life around us, but at the same time we really liked that the breakfast had a very nice and peaceful atmosphere without any hustle and bustle.
There were small problems in the room, but they were resolved very quickly
The air conditioner is right next to the bed and blows on. There are two bad choices, either turn off the air conditioner and suffer the heat or suffer the cool air blowing in your face.

Beautifully decorated rooms and great location. But some staff need better training or the managers need to change their policy - you absolutely cannot ring hotel guests before checkout time and ask them to leave, never experienced this in any 5 star hotels in my life despite how busy it may be. Truthfully this is more like a 4 star experience at best.

Loved it. Room was clean. Checkin quick. Swimming pool is pretty nice with a great view. Breakfast buffet was spectacular (order from menu included in buffet price).
Location within the mall makes it very easy to order a Grab car. Never took longer than 5 minutes to get a car.
Being in the mall gives access to many services as well (currency exchange in B2, many restaurants. Clothes shopping is once in the mall though).
Also close to the walking street and the opera house.

I stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre for several days, and it was a really great experience. The location is super convenient, being right inside the Saigon Centre Mall, so everything you need—shops, restaurants—is just a few steps away.

The room was fantastic. The bed was super comfy, and the interior was stylish yet cozy, not overly flashy. One thing that stood out for me was the reload pantry on each floor. They kept it stocked with coffee, tea, delicious snacks, and fresh tropical fruits. It was such a nice touch and made my stay even more enjoyable, though I had to be quick because everything got eaten up so fast!

Overall, Fusion Original Saigon Centre is a solid choice if you're in Ho Chi Minh City. The amenities, location, and little extras like the pantry make it worth the price. I’d definitely stay here again.
