The staff was incredibly friendly and awesome. The lady that made us shakes had the most adorable son hanging out with her. Such a sweet kid. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the wagyu burger and sweet potato fries. Cooked perfectly burger, nice char crisp on the outside and perfectly medium pink in the middle. The sweet potato fries were perfectly fried and had a nice crisp to them and salted to perfection. Dipped in their house ranch was astronomical.

I love a good burger, but I have to have a gluten-free bun, and prefer sweet potato fries.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Our server Vaughn was excellent. He made us feel welcomed and provided great vibes,  he really set the tone. The food was great as well. Thank you, Vaughn, for your food recommendations, everything was great from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Cute little lunch spot! Love the neon signs. Ate in the basement which was a bit old and dark but still enjoyed. Got the gluten-free bun which fell apart but the burger itself tasted great! Only one washroom to share with all patrons. A great, quick place to grab food if you’re not looking for anything fancy. Service was super friendly and efficient! Also got the passion fruit lemonade which was very tart and tangy but so delicious - tasted like actual passion fruit.

We landed at Black Tap for a quick bite to eat after bar hopping on a hot summer day. It was a cute vibe, i would probably go here with kids as they enjoy those crazy milkshakes.

My food was good, nothing extravagant though. Fries were fresh and the chicken had a good flavor to it. Vonney enjoyed her food & as you saw her Wagyu Steak Burger was juicy! The cocktails are a little mid but I like strong drinks so I could be talking from an irrational point lol @ohsoyou_vonneyy is a light weight so she was buzzed from the cake shot 😂😩

Bra mat och Vaughn gav fantastisk Service! Han hade koll på saker och ting och var väldigt karismatisk! Platsen var mycket chill och övergripande bra vibbar. Vaughn är fantastisk!

Vi ville ta några milkshakes på eftermiddagen. Kyparen bad vårt telefonnummer att ringa tillbaka om 30 minuter. Vi fick aldrig samtalet...

Bra mat och service. Vi kom för en dejt och fick Brooklyn Blackout som var mycket bra. Vår server var Vaughn och han var en elak trevlig kille. Vi kommer att vara tillbaka för säker.

Vi satt nästan omedelbart på nedre plan. Mina barn ville gå för att prova shakes som var ok men lite för dyrt men jag antar att de tar betalt för nyheten med en stor bit kaka eller glass smörgås på sidan. Skakningarna var dock som 50 % vispad grädde och föll isär nästan så fort de nådde bordet. Burgarna var ok men pommes fritesen var extremt salta och smakade inte färskt. De stekta picklesen var goda men picklesen de gav till hamburgarna var inte goda de var bara salta och intetsägande. Personalen var trevlig men jag kände att vi var rusade ut så fort jag betalade checken. Badrummet är för nära beläget till köket och är mycket nedgången. Jag tyckte bara inte att den var värd över 300 dollar för några shakes, smörgåsar och aptitretare. Tro inte att jag kommer att gå till denna plats igen.

Burgaren är god. Pommes frites är goda. Atmosfären är sönderslagen, mycket sliten. Stället var tomt. 30 dollar för hamburgare, pommes frites, skatt och dricks är vansinnigt. Det var inte värt $ 20 än mindre $ 30 . Det är nedförsbacke från sina toppår.

Sammantaget ett mycket bra hamburgerställe. Jag åt Tennesseeburgaren, som jag antar är en 4 oz biff. 

Pommes fritesen var fräscha och goda, och den kryddiga majonnäsen var så god. De har också öl på kran. 

Kanske är det bara jag, eller kanske är det New York, men $ 22 känns lite dyrt — sedan igen, jag är inte säker på vad normen är här.

Vi besökte Black Tap plats på Anaheim och älskade det! och så snart jag bokade NYC visste jag att jag var tvungen att besöka den ursprungliga platsen och jag är så glad att vi gjorde. Burgarna och stekt Pickles var bra. Det var en riktigt hektisk tjänst och det var bara 2 som arbetade men de arbetade så hårt och Vaughn var så ursäktande att han kände att hans tjänst inte hade nått sin standard, som var långt högre än de flesta platser redan. Det är en liten hamburgerhak inte i midtown men definitivt värt ett besök.
