We were staying in the hotel and after a long day decided to visit the bar.!I must admit was swayed by the reviews and anticipated a raw experience however it was fabulous.
Some Leffe to start with, sushi platter for eats and a Long Island ice tea to finish before leaving.
Ambience and service were great and I’d recommend it.

The Blue Gin bar in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel is a trendy, upscale bar offering both indoor and outdoor seating - with tremendous views!! We opted to sit outside with the panoramic oceanfront view, which was perfect for catching the sunset.

We went for some tipples and light bites, ALL of which were amazingly delicious. I could not resist having the foie gras (which I devoured) and the Spicy Monkey cocktail (with Monkey 47 Gin, exotic juice, passionfruit coulis, vanilla syrup and chilli)!

Overall it was a great experience, although the service was a little slow considering it was not at a super busy time - It didn’t take away from the amazing experience, but just something to keep in mind if you are pressed for time.

I was there for 1h30 watching the football with my friends, and the manager comes and tells me that my footwear is not appropriate and tries to physically pull me out of the bar. Very rude and inconsiderate by manager Mounir, should be fired

Worst service ever in Monaco - hints on a possible poor management. A recommandation of the professional girlfriend of my friend anyways. The waiter couldn't simply go ask the bartender on basic alcohol or drinks. Rudeness and stubbornness of staff is also an encountered issue.
