By far the best lunch in Montreal! The Duck was cooked to perfection! The Pork was as tender as butter! Incredible place. A hidden gem! The servers were extremely helpful and made outstanding recommendations. The prices are very reasonable. You WILL NOT be disappointed here!

One of my favourite restaurants in the world! I would travel to Montreal just for this! Thank you to the couple on the airplane from Vancouver to Montreal for the recommendation!!

The service is incredible and they do have menus in English and French! Our server was lovely. We booked our reservation for 8 and we stayed until 10. Great atmosphere and perfect for dates, anniversaries and celebrations.

The food was delicious! We started with a free sample of tartare. It was great. The duck tartare was great and went well with the potato chips and the sauces. We got the quebec cheeses and they were divine. As a lactose intolerant person it was a lot but the selection of cheeses were excellent and they were a good variety too! Two firm and one soft cheese. The halibut was flaky and fresh. The steak was nicely cooked too! The potato side was crispy and paired well. The dessert was good. I felt like I didn’t love the texture of the rice pudding with the grains of rice but it was interesting. The buckwheat dessert was also good. I appreciate how unique they look.

Första gången på ITHQ Restaurant och kommer inte att bli besviken. Vi valde 5 rätters avsmakningsmeny med vin och matparas. Det var verkligen en gastronomisk kulinarisk upplevelse med lokala produkter, med en oklanderlig service. Ett unikt tillfälle att möta framtidens Quebec gastronomi ! Tips: satsa på vinparning.

En absolut höjdpunkt på vår vistelse i Montreal. Mycket god mat. Denna mängd vin, svårt att välja. Ungdomarna i tjänsten mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma (Cheferna tittade på dem) När vår servitör inte visste svaret var han strax tillbaka. VI hade en perfekt truite och en mycket god kalv och en härlig dessert med 2 skedar

Personalen är varm och hålla (våra servitörer var Ana s och Antoine) och professionella. Menyn var innovativ och utsökt. Jag rekommenderar definitivt menyn du jour. Vinparringen var också underbar - - en av de bästa Quebecröda jag har smakat. Jag skulle säga att det har några av det bästa värdet för pengarna i staden när man tar hänsyn till maten, servicen och den eleganta atmosfären.

Resto på Hotel Institute är verkligen värt ett besök. Studenter lagar mat, serverar och lyckas lära sig handeln. Även om det ibland är besvärligt med deras arbete, vet du att det är viktigt att ge dem upplevelsen av professionell service. Det finns en begränsad meny, vanligtvis två val av en tabell de hote, till ett fast pris. Maten är god och presenteras i enlighet därmed. Det finns också ett ganska bra vinutbud, priserna är lite höga. En stor bonus är ljudnivån, mycket låg, så en trevlig middag är tillgänglig utan den distraktionen. Tiderna är begränsade och en bokning är avgörande, men utdelningen är en trevlig kväll i en väldigt bekväm miljö.

Eftersom denna plats är en studentrestaurang, var vi ganska imponerade av kvaliteten på tjänsten, mat och dryck. Vi hade också chansen att chatta med personalen (studenter och lärare) de var charmiga! ! ! Kommer säkert tillbaka!

Jag stannade här i 5 dagar och tyckte om varje minut av det. Montreal är en underbar stad att besöka, och det förstärktes endast av den fantastiska mat och service som hotellet och dess personal hade att erbjuda. A +

Denna restaurang erbjuder olika rätter till lunch och middag (den är stängd på söndagar och måndagar). Båda är verkligen värda att försöka mat, uppmärksam och omtänksam service och avslappnad miljö. Platsen är också en skola under läsåret, där människor tränas, och det verkar för mig mycket positivt. Under en vecka förra juli hade vi middag tre gånger och lunch en gång. Lunch och middag har olika menyer men båda är verkligen värdefulla för sin kvalitet, presentation, rimliga priser och mycket bra och uppmärksam service på ett icke - påträngande sätt. Kocken är uppfinningsrik och vissa rätter visar sig bättre än andra, men jag kan rekommendera deras anka som utmärkt och jag gillade en skål med hummer med marinerad bison. Rätter presenteras utmärkt på tilltalande sätt som inkluderar färgglada och ätliga små blommor. Vinlistan är tillräcklig och för två personer är några av deras halvflaskor en hel del.

Vi hade chansen att besöka ithq under montreal en lumiere händelse. En oklanderlig service av vår servitör mehdi och en erfarenhet av sommelier simon. Han fick oss att återkomma och bli kär i kanadensiska viner och bubblor. Det är ett måste för alla montreal resenärer.

Fina middagar på sitt bästa. Montreal har många haute cuisine restauranger. ITHQ, där maten är beredd och serveras av studenter på kulinariska skolan, är inte mindre än några av de bästa Montreal-anläggningarna eller golfklubbarna. Inredningen är enkel men elegant, maten delectable, tjänsten superb & priserna överkomliga. Vi var en fest med 4 vänner, som skickade tillbaka rena tallrikar efter varje kurs. Jag kan säkert säga att jag sällan, om någonsin, hade en brödig laxfilé med sin knäckiga, knäckiga hud, smaka så, smälta i munnen, bra. Förrätt & dessert var också gommen pleasers. Jag skulle rekommendera platsen till någon, särskilt för våra besökare. Du måste boka i förväg.

Vi gjorde reservationer för en tisdag kväll för första sittande klockan 6 och det var också en bra sak eftersom restaurangen var full. Sammantaget åtnjöt vi båda vår måltid. För $ 37 vi fick en aptitretare eller soppa, huvudrätt och dessert. För huvudrätten hade jag gnocchi och min vän hade ankan. Maten är förberedd av institutets studenter och det såg bra ut och var utsökt. Tjänsten, också av institutets studenter, var riktigt bra. De var vänliga, professionella och uppmärksamma.

D-kärnan är väldigt fin och nykter, bordet är tillräckligt långt ifrån varandra för att inte kunna höra samtalet vid boet över bordet. Detta möjliggör andningsrum, ganska förändring från en standard restaurangen med sluten kvarter. Menyn är ganska varierad och det verkar som om någon skulle hitta något som de tycker om. Vi väljer Table d'h på 5-rätters middag och valde också den föreslagna vinparingen för måltiden. Allt var läckert, varmt när det behövdes och ordentligt kyld när skålen krävde det. Om dessa studenter är kockar och servitörer i morgon är vi i goda händer. Grattis till all personal, elever, lärare på l'ITHQ. Vi kommer tillbaka för en annan måltid.
