The worst club experience I’ve ever had, and it all started with the security. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, demanding money even from people who already had tickets.

At one point, we stepped outside for a smoke, and when we tried to re-enter, they refused, claiming the club was closing in five minutes. This was a blatant lie, as the event still had over two hours left. It was clear they were just looking for more money.

We were left standing in the rain and cold, despite being on the guest list and having already paid both for tickets and additional cash at the door. Security was openly extorting money from everyone—ticket holders, non-ticket holders, and even those stepping out for a smoke.

This place will ruin your night rather than enhance it. Avoid it at all costs.

Message to the organizers: You urgently need to replace your security team. They act like they own the venue and are tarnishing your reputation.

My friends and I bought tickets to their Halloween event. We got there a bit early and asked if we’d be able to step out and come back, they gave us stamps and told us we would definitely be able to come back. We went a few places over to get food in the meantime, and when we came back not only did security refuse to let us in, but also humiliated us in front of everyone else in the line. We paid for tickets to an event and weren’t even allowed to take part, and security was incredibly rude, hostile, and disrespectful. You’ll never catch me at Club Lux again.

They were simply racist they were allowing one of my friend who look white but as soon as i appear with refused cause i was looking more indian also i was observing for like half hour they refused the entry of every indian guy so club should get shut down due to racism . They literally allowed black and white guys without ticket to but inside but no asian or indian.

Me and my friend paid $25 each to get in here and when we went in there was no one there. We decided to leave and go to a bar near by then come back later. The bouncer had given us a stamp and said that we could leave and come back whenever we wanted. However, when we got back they refused to let us enter even though they claimed that we could come back whenever we wanted. $25 went down the drain.

If you’re looking for a place that remixes every song into a EDM song that is hard to dance to this place is for you.  Definitely not what I was expecting as I thought I was gunna dance but that wasn’t the case.
