If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We were told we would be able to get in, no cover, before 2am. We got there and some tall, buff, bald bouncer, wouldn’t let us in and said we need to get there before 12. Then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t wait for our uber inside the building even though there was a snow storm outside. I will never come there again. Never in my time of clubbing have I ever experienced something like this.

Club itself has a good vibe and looks fun even tho its kinda small / cramped but the worse is 100% security staff. When I got there I had cash in my pocket, which defo was stupid and my fault, but as I get to the top of the stairs to pay for our entrances the money's gone. 1000000% just taken out of my pocket by the lady who searched me, short stocky manly looking lightskin woman. Litterally got robbed by staff lmao. Ah they also will tell you that theyll keep your weed, pens etc for 20$-30$ then get back out the club , ask for them and they say they have no idea what youre talking about. Didnt happen to me but heard it from plenty people. Only good thing was the bar man that served us. Defo dont go there with cash and be armed with patience lmfao

As I'm sure you can tell by all the other reviews the male bouncers are very very rude and enjoy ruining your night. Seems like something the owners are okay with. I left my lighter with the bouncers and got physically attacked for trying to find the lighter I came with when going out for a smoke break. I understand that lighters cannot enter the building but I was expecting to be able to at least try to get my original lighter (as that was what was told to me) back but no, I get physically pushed and yelled at.

Looking at other reviews this seems quite common and something the owners do not care to fix so just know the male bouncers will ruin your night if they are given the chance. I will be happily spreading the word of my experience here. Yet another Toronto venue ruined bouncers who clearly haven't been trained in human decency and how to keep your hands to yourself.

A question for the owners, how does it benefit you to have bouncers who regularly cross boundaries and make your customers experience awful? Do they get trained to deal with people at all? When you get in legal trouble for what your bouncers do will you apologize for them or accept that they youve known they regularly cross boundaries and are essentially the reason you get bad reviews? Do you think inaction will result in the most positive outcome for your business?  When these interactions are what maintains your well run business to have 2.5 star rating, is it worth it to allow these people to continue their power trip?

This place sucks. Picture this, it's my first time visiting Canada. Oh Canada. The night started in the future. And our first mistake was talking to a guy who asked us "what are you doing after this". He then told us about Ultraviolet a cool new place they were thinking about promoting and would get us on the guest list. When we got to Ultraviolet it was freezing, snowing and super cold. And we walked up a stairway of death to a super tall man who said they stopped admitting people on the guest list at 12am. They then told us that we can't wait for our Uber at the top of the death stairs, tragic. So we headed down to wait near the doorway at the bottom of the stairs. Where they then told us again we can't wait inside. So we headed out, in the snowstorm to wait, as they told us to "get home safe". I could be dead in a ditch, but alas I am not.

What a mess. Security are rude and ask for you to have physical ID or else you must pay a fee... this is an after hours club, it doesn't start getting lively until 130am.. the music is a hit or a miss. One bartender was very nice and the other girl scammed us by charging double for the same order we had earlier, we didn't realize until later that night.  Just make sure you have your ID and be aware about the cost of things if you do choose to go here.

Had the birth of my daughter Rahmin inside here and practically raised her here bc the bartenders and DJ and bottle service girls all made sure she grew up having fun and went out of their way, word.

I loved it! I went there for a friend's birthday and she had a booth and bottle service. Both were amazing, music so good, and everyone was dancing. I don't know why the other reviews are so bad...I definitely had an amazing experience.

Went there on a Friday night, we had a bottle service no complains about it, but bouncers were rude and unprofessional. Weird vibe inside with top 40 virgin radio playlist.

Awful just awful. Worst bottle service. Weird crowd. Nobody dancing. What is wrong with Toronto bar scene? Waited 10 minutes to get in and bouncers looked at my group up and down. High heels and short skirts not good enough for you and your Grade 10 education level?

I got kicked out for wanting to smoke outside. I was nice to the bouncer and he was very rude back. If I knew his name I would report him but this club is not professional at all. There are no rules or regulations that inhibit abuse of power. The bouncer did not want to give me my coat back that was inside and that I paid to have checked. It was my friend's birthday party and she was very upset that I was forced to leave for no reason. Otherwise, the club is definitely below average. Awkward arrangement and mediocre music make this club totally unappealing. Stay away!

The owner is extremely rude and the music is mostly trash. The tiny venue rarely fills up so it's always kind of an awkward experience. Don't waste your time.

Didn't get to enjoy the inside of the club. Our group had bottle service, ordered 3 bottles before we got in and was going to order more when the rest of us got in. Some of us were inside already, holding the table. Some of our group got there later, and we were not let in because they were 'at capacity'. However, they would have let us in for $20 a head. How does that equate to 'capacity'? On top of that, they were letting people in who were not in bottle service. Our friends inside told us after the fact that they still had 16 comps left (there were only 8-10 people inside the booth at the time we were refused entry) when the doorwomen (their names were Noush and Mel) only had 2 comps to give us. After 30 mins of waiting in the bottle service line and trying to get our reserved entries, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Needless to say, the birthday girl inside was VERY unhappy of the results of the night, because many of her RESERVED guests were not let in. When her birthday cupcakes came out, half the group was not there to celebrate her moment. This club let our whole group down. We would never come back again, despite being offered a free bottle. The disrespect that they show supposed VIP customers is unreal.
