During my recent visit to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of dining at the Roof restaurant located at The Ritz-Carlton, and I must say, it was an wonderful experience. The highlight of my meals was undoubtedly the Vegetable &  Mozarella Chesse Omelette, which was the most delicious I have ever tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was just right, making it a true culinary delight.

To complement this exquisite dish, I enjoyed my favorite Turkish coffee with sugar. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and expertly prepared, providing the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. The combination of the delectable omelette and the traditional Turkish coffee made for a memorable dining experience.

In addition to the fantastic food and drink, the ambiance of the Roof restaurant was truly special. With breathtaking views of the city and a sophisticated atmosphere, it provided the perfect setting for a leisurely meal.

I highly recommend the Roof restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The quality of the food, the excellence of the service, and the stunning location all come together to create a truly remarkable experience.

I just love this place! Hospitality and accommodation are on high level. Manager Yasim and his crew made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Food was perfect and prepared fast which is important to me. Definitely will come again!

We had a few cocktails at The Roof and opted to try their Negroni which was expertly made. The mixologist was friendly and suggested several places we had to experience nearby. 10/10 would recommend.

Very small pool which was not clean either.
Amosphere is nice. Expensive.
