One of the best restaurants for hundreds of miles, a real gem for creative and delicious fine dining at the hands of a young master chef.  Personal touch service and fun food presentation that incorporates herbs, "weeds", fine meats and new takes on traditional dishes.  We always rely on the sommelier Romain to recommend excellent wine courses with each meal.  Not to be missed if ever you visit Aveyron, or indeed, within 50 miles of Conques!

Dîner en juillet 2024. Grande expérience en général. Le service était parfait, tant les charmants serveurs que le sommelier. Professionnalisme et amabilité. Conversation intéressante avec le sommelier sympathique et professionnel qui nous a fait découvrir des vins très intéressants. La nourriture n'était pas seulement raffinée et délicieuse, mais c'était aussi intéressant de découvrir ce que le chef est capable de faire avec des plantes locales. Desserts sublimes. Il est vrai qu'il faisait un peu chaud dans la salle. En résumé, haute cuisine très recommandable. À visiter absolument si vous êtes à Rodez.

Dinner in July 2024. Great experience overall. The service was perfect, both the charming waiters and the sommelier. Professionalism and friendliness. Interesting conversation with the friendly and professional sommelier who introduced us to some very interesting wines. The food was not only refined and delicious, but it was also interesting to discover what the chef is able to do with local plants. Sublime desserts. It is true that it was a little hot in the room. In summary, very recommendable haute cuisine. A must-visit if you are in Rodez.

Une très belle découverte. Tout est parfait de l’accueil au café. Un accueil chaleureux, en service professionnel et sympathique. Des plats présentés goutteux avec des produits extraordinaires. Un sommelier qui adore son métier et un très très bon rapport qualité prix.

Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant, il est pour moi incontournable pour la gastronome qui passe dans cette région.
