We had a truly exceptional stay here, starting with the delicious, complementary ‘welcome’ glass of wine. The grounds and common areas are absolutely beautiful, newly designed with attention to every last detail. We were delighted to be surrounded by acres of fresh produce - artichokes, grape vineyards, and almond trees. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity needed. The infinity edge pool, which looks out over the vineyards, is gorgeous and has an adjacent pool bar. We had a rich and delicious dinner on the grounds; Marco and the chef made multiple accommodations for our culinary requests. Marco, the host/owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I can’t wait to come again and will certainly stay for longer.

The most gorgeous and peaceful setting. Rooms are comfortable. The attention to excellent service is the real winner here. Marco, Giulia and Roxanne are delightful people and your comfort and satisfaction are their first concern. The restaurant is lovely and food is excellent! Every detail from the serving dishes to presentation is carefully attended to. Wine is very good as well.
Marco is very helpful with information about visits to areas nearby.
Everything and everyone at this property is 5-star!!!

My wife and I were looking for a short respite on our 2 month trip to Southern Italy and Sicily. This was the perfect place. A stunning location. Peaceful. Quiet. Wonderfully attentive service from a caring staff. Chef-prepared food equivalent to some of the top restaurants anywhere. My only regret was that we had only booked a two-night stay. I wish we had arranged to stay longer. (On our next visit, we certainly will!)

We had the best stay at the Masseria. Our host, Marco, was unbelievably attentive to our every need, which made us feel very special.  Beyond that, the rooms have lots of space and are very nicely decorated.  Breakfast was a feast and the dinners were quite exquisite.  We were so glad we stayed there and would do so again in a heartbeat!

Brand-new, meticulously clean accommodations; Michelin-quality meals at street-food prices; and personalized service that feels less like service and more like you are one of the family. Having trouble getting reservations at all of the local, family-run wineries? Can’t decide which attractions to visit? If Marco doesn’t know how to do it, he’ll start calling his network of friends and set it all up for you. I can’t say enough good things about Marco and Masseria del Carboj.
