The venue is great to watch bands and musicians but the sound system and layout isn't ideal for a DJ / rave vibes as it can't handle it. I have seen both bands and djs here and the difference is noticeable.
I have always found the staff to be really friendly and proactive and the security staff have been thorough and professional.
Drinks are typical London prices but not over priced.

Had a great night seeing orbital. The seat was c46 block 3, slight viewing obstruction which I knew was the case, but did not affect me. The sound system was good as well, nice and crisp.

Beautiful venue. Lots of bars on different levels. Once you enter the main dance floor area for a gig it is very squashy near the doors but if you make your way forwards, there is more room than you think! The dance floor is sloped giving you a reasonable view of the stage wherever you stand. Sound quality is excellent!
There are toilets outside the main dance floor and also inside, near the front.
Have seen some great bands here!

Saw a gig here and was blown away. Not just by the show, but by the venue and the organisation of the queue.
Inside the auditorium was interesting and nicely lit. Very impressed by the barriers to preventing crowd pushing forwards down the sloped auditorium. If a band I like were performing here, I wouldn't hesitate in coming to this venue again. Great place.

Went to see Motionless in White here and had an amazing time! If you have O2 Priority, the queue moves quickly, but there is a long wait before the gates open—I’d recommend arriving about an hour before the concert starts. The slanted floor is a great design, ensuring everyone gets a good view. The atmosphere was fantastic, the cloakroom was efficient, and the toilets were clean.

However, it was very crowded getting in and out of the venue, as the merch store queue extended into the lobby area, and we had to ask staff to help us get around it. If you're near the front by the speakers, I highly recommend wearing earplugs or loops—I forgot, and my ears were ringing after the gig! The venue also played great music while waiting for the band, which added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic night!
