It’s been a long time but I used to love coming here for the brunch all your can eat buffet and unlimited mimosas.  i cant wait to come try their current brunch buffet offerings. i love the service here. it is like being on cloud 9 in a foodie’s heaven.   the cheese room they often use for the dessert cave is such a treat with the biggest spread of different desserts available.

The four star ratings are credited to the manager Ken. He’s such a sweet heart that we would go back just because of his dedicated services. The waiting time, the food varieties, food quality, and the actress were all disappointing in the beginning. But Ken, a very nice manager who originally came from Singapore offered a true 5 star hotel service! He listened to our feedbacks carefully! He took actions right away to make the customers happier! Ritz Carlton is lucky to have Ken working here! If it’s not him, the rating would be much lower!

We had a booth in view of the kitchen and the restaurant ambiance was calm and very much so enjoyable. I loved every dish I had. The beef tartare was comparable to what I’ve had at Michelin restaurants. The pasta was amazing. I only wish they had sweeter options for cocktails. The service was excellent. Had a great birthday dinner.

I had a fantastic lunch at TOCA for Winterlicious! The $55 lunch menu was a treat, featuring delicious Italian dishes.

🥗Appetizers: my friend and I enjoyed fresh Autumn Burrata Salad, and the flavorful Castelfranco & Pickled Mushrooms salad.

🍳Main Course: The Branzino with Manila Clams was fresh and tasty, and the Cacio e Pepe pasta was rich with a perfect balance of pepper and cheese.

🍮Desserts: Both the Fig & Quince Crostata and Gianduja Semifreddo were delicious and a great end to the meal.

TOCA offers great food and an elegant atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion. Highly recommend!

I regret choosing this place to celebrate such a special occasion with my partner.

I picked it because my favorite spots were fully booked, and I trusted the reviews I had read.

However, overall, I found it to be extremely overpriced. While the food didn’t taste bad, it was clear that there wasn’t a fine dining chef behind it. Some choices felt more about appearance than quality, like adding glitter to a cocktail or gold leaves on the meat.
The rose-shaped ravioli was a perfect example of the “what you ordered vs. what you got” meme it was almost funny. My boyfriend and I couldn’t help but laugh.

I honestly can’t take places seriously when they try so hard to look fancy but end up doing the exact opposite.

Service-wise, there was nothing wrong with how we were treated, and I truly appreciate the staff’s effort. However, it was evident that the team lacked fine dining experience. They struggled to explain the dishes clearly, didn’t clean the table between courses, and overlooked small details that make a fine dining experience seamless.

Spending over CAD 400 here felt like a waste—not just of money, but of what was meant to be a special and unforgettable experience. Well, unforgettable it was… but mostly because of the unexpected laughter when we saw the rose ravioli.

Fantastisk måltid! House gjorde pasta var utmärkt. Även bankett sittplatser var bekväm, som kan slå eller missa! Service pacing var perfekt och Grace, vår server, var kunnig och super hjälpsam med menyn och vinerna. Bra crafted cocktail urval, trevligt utbud av förrätter och desserter. Skulle återvända när i Toronto.

Vi fortsätter att återvända till den stora servicen och utmärkt mat. Personalen är alltid välkomnande och vänlig. Servicenivåerna är extremt höga men inte påträngande. Maten är alltid fantastisk. Huvudrätter var den dagliga specialiteten av lasagne och hälleflundra fisk. Tre av oss hade lasagnen och det var kvällens hit. Även om det gjordes på ett icke-traditionellt sätt var det skandalöst bra. Hälleflundran huvud var också perfekt gjort och välsmakande. De har ett utmärkt urval av italienska viner och servitören gjorde en stor rekommendation. Denna restaurang rekommenderas definitivt.

Mains var squash gnocchi med italiensk korv och en daglig special av kort revbensbiff med penne pasta. Gnocchirätten innehöll även purjolökspuré och stekt purjolök. Pene pastarätten hade stekta parmesanostbitar. Båda rätterna var extremt goda med härliga smaker. Vår server, Grace, gav utmärkt vägledning om att välja ett vin till middagen. Vinet var exceptionellt. Deras vinlista erbjuder många underbara viner. Grace gav en exceptionellt hög servicenivå och var mycket personlig. Vi fortsätter att komma tillbaka och rekommenderar starkt restaurangupplevelsen.

Ligger på The Ritz Carlton Toronto. TOCA var en stor reträtt från det kalla vädret och förrädisk körning. Efter incheckning gjorde vi vår bokningstid vid TOCA och tyckte att varje kurs var absolut läcker. Definitivt fina middagar. Utmärkt cocktails och service. Fantastisk atmosfär. Det enda som verkade förvirrande var frukost följande morgon. Återigen, maten var utmärkt och tjänsten var fantastisk. Du kan dock bara välja mellan à la carte eller den ganska lilla Buffett. (Vår vistelse inkluderade frukost) Vi debiterades initialt men avgifterna togs vid kassan. Inte en stor sak. Högt rekommenderad.

Jag ville skämma bort mig själv genom att ha en middag ute i fantastiska omgivningar med utmärkt mat och uppmärksam servitör som vet hur de ska tillgodose ensamgäster. Det är av dessa skäl som jag nyligen valde att besöka Toca på Ritz - de gör aldrig besviken! Eftersom maten är så bra är det svårt att bestämma vad jag ska ha från den omfattande huvudmenyn, så jag valde att gå med Chef's Tasting Menu, som är ett fantastiskt urval av rättstora val i rätt storlek. Spigola erbjöd subtila undertoner - jag hade aldrig haft Tandfisk förut. Tagliatellen punkterade med Black Truffle var en triumf. För Agnello begärde jag att mitt lamm ankom medium sällsynt. Det var tillagad till perfektion och fortfarande varm (inte alltid fallet på mindre restauranger). Sapporo Di Mela var äppelpaj komfortmat upp till nth graden. Kudos till den innovativa kocken och all personal som vet hur du får dig att känna dig välkommen utan att vara påträngande.

Inspirerad av traditionell italiensk mat men med en modern twist. Exceptionell service i en mysig inredning. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Vi gick för provsmakningsmenyn som vi hittade mycket bra priser för erbjudandet. Medan mat- och vinparterna var bra var tjänsten en helt annan nivå. Uppmärksamheten på detaljer var fantastisk. En verkligt fantastisk upplevelse på en fin matplats som också råkar vara hotellets huvudrestaurang. Jag har vanligtvis låga förväntningar från restauranger där frukost serveras på hotell men Toca är en helt annan upplevelse.

Jag hade möjlighet att besöka restaurangen Toca. Maten var fantastisk och jag tyckte att tjänsten var särskilt gästvänlig. Tack till Tomic, vår servitör.

Kom till TOCA för brunch på en lördag. Var informerad det var bara buffé och 75 $ vardera. För detta pris har du massor av havsmat (som vi inte äter) en typ av pannkakor (blåbär) som var kalla och hårda. Sirapen var också kall. Det fanns många fler lunchtyp erbjudanden och väldigt få frukostartiklar. Inga potatisar, ingen rostat bröd eller bröd, den enda frukten var ett litet urval som var faktiskt för chokladfonduen. Tyvärr var inte choklad uppvärmd så det var tjockt och globby. Champagne mimosa var trevligt men det handlar verkligen om det. Var besviken på ingen meny tjänst som finns som vi har ätit här före till frukost och det var jättebra.

Lördag brunch var fantastisk. Kvaliteten på maten var enastående. Tjänsten överträffade mina förväntningar. Toca tappar aldrig. Jag brukar åka dit för affärslunch. Det var min första brunch där borta. Jag skulle säga att det är den bästa brunchen i Toronto.

Fantastiska helgbrunch på Toca! De har en otrolig spridning av skaldjur (inklusive nystoppade ostron), charcuterie, ost, desserter, sallader och alla traditionella brunchmatar. Priset ligger i den högre änden men maten är fantastisk plus de är mycket generösa med de bottenlösa mimosorna. Gör en bokning så att du inte blir besviken.

Jag hade en dag med möten från frukost till sen eftermiddag och de rymde mig så bra, hittade ett privat och tyst bord undanstoppad och såg till att varje person jag mötte var väl försiktig Maten är utmärkt och det är ett bra lag - `Gläd dig var den viktigaste greeter och 2 servitörer som var utmärkta var`; Evelyn och Henok i synnerhet. Jag skulle definitivt använda Toca igen som en plats att träffas i Toronto.

När du tänker service är det en throwback till de gamla skolans servitörer i New York, de som vet hur man tjänar, när man ska rekommendera och vet vad du behöver. TOCA är designad med värme på den bekväma sidan men vill ändå köpa sina stolar till ditt hem eller stjäla en av de plåtar som är handmålad av en av deras personal - varje enskild med en bild av en känd kändis (låter udda men det fungerar i den här inredningen). Koppla in inredningen med god mat och det är bra men att lägga till en server som Leah (jag är inte en att räkna ut någons namn men jag bad faktiskt att ta bort vår servitör som lämnade oss och väntade och det var en 50: e och hon tog över) som visste hennes vin, visste menyn, var chatty nog men inte för mycket. Hon hade charmen hos en riktig server som visste hur man gjorde oss lyckliga, visste när de skulle tjäna och när de skulle komma tillbaka. Maten är utsökt, atmosfären stor och tjänsten från hostess på var bara perfekt. Tack TOCA, vi kommer tillbaka.

Vi åkte till vårt årsdagen. Tjänsten var stor och maten var utmärkt. Jag gillar atmosfären mycket eftersom det är både elegant och mysigt. Min son förlorade sin speciella leksak men när vi ringde nästa dag placerade de faktiskt den på den förlorade och hittade avdelningen på hotellet. Hur uppmärksam

Vacker restaurang med utmärkt service. Vi delade charcuterie aptitretare. Min fru hade "stor" storlek gnocchi. Hon tyckte om gnocchi men förväntat mig lite mer. Jag hade dagen fisken serveras med kammusslor, räkor och hummer bisque. Det presenterades vackert och var perfekt gjort men fisken del var ungefär en tredjedel av min palm för $ 46! Kvaliteten var underbar men kvantiteten saknades för priset.
