We came for Cedric’s tea time and were impressed. We are not rich, but we were treated as any other guests. Everyone was very professional and polite, the service was perfect. The hotel is absolutely amazing, they take care of everything.

The room we stayed in was really good. But sadly, the service wasn't. We had issues at dinner and with a planned kids' activity. Only after we complained twice did the manager try to fix things. But this already spoiled some of our plans. Even though the room was great, I'd say think carefully before you choose this place because of the service.

I’ve been to all the hotels in the world, the most expensive ones, but my heart will always be in this hotel, everyone from the managers and those who greet you are simply unrealistic fellows, the hotel itself is very beautiful, very tasty, very cozy. The staff are so kind and generous. We had the Cedric grolet selection which was an amazing experience and exquisite desserts options. The manager was kind too.

San beach is located in West Beach and it’s a new and very beautiful location. The venue is chill and it has restaurant, pool and beach. I think these are the best sunbeds I tried, so soft and big, I loved them! In the morning there is soft music, while in the afternoon it becomes more “party” but nothing too extra! The service was good and everybody was so nice :) the price is normal for the area, but compared to others they could introduce some redeemable food or drink. And I almost forgot, there’s such a cute swimming pool also at the entrance, it’s perfect if you like to take pictures! I would recommend this place :)

I had a wonderful time at San Beach Club! The beach was clean and well-maintained, creating a lovely atmosphere. The vibe was great, with just the right amount of music—not too loud, allowing for a relaxing day by the water.

While the food was below average, the service made up for it. Virendra was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The sunbeds were comfortable, adding to the overall experience.

All in all, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The service was outstanding we had Meluleki helping us out during our visit and he was so attentive and friendly he really made our experience. The food was very good we would love to come back and try a few other items on the menu and the cocktails were great.
