We had a lovely stay at the paramount hotel. Rooms were great except for lack of anywhere to hang towels or otherwise in bathrooms. Nice tea and coffee supplies. Showers great, bed and linen really comfy.
Breakfast good but very busy and staff overrun it seemed.
Pool area was fab and all staff were really helpful.
Special mention to Madji who helped get us checked in early and couldn’t have been more helpful.

If you’re thinking about staying here, here’s my honest review. Overall, it’s a decent place with some good features. The location is okay — not excellent, but convenient enough to get around. One of the best parts is that there’s a convenience store right downstairs, along with a café, restaurant, pool, and a very nice gym, which made things easy and comfortable during my stay.

However, there are a few things they could improve. The cleaning staff did not refill my shampoo or body wash, even after I personally asked one of the staff members. That was disappointing and not what you’d expect from good service. Also, they really need more elevators. There were times I waited around five minutes for an elevator, and with so many people going up and down, you sometimes have to wait even longer or squeeze in with a crowd.

In short, the hotel has some great amenities and conveniences, but service and elevator availability are areas they definitely need to work on.

We were staying at Paramount Hotel Dubai for a week. The location is nice, easy to reach from Dubai Centre. Sadly our room no. 1006 was in bad condition. The TV kept turning on during the night out of nowhere, bathtub was dirty in the back, curtains did not open or close and the power outlets were almost falling off.

The construction site of Burj Binghatti was very loud and not announced when booking.

The pool area is nice, prices for food and drinks higher than in Dubai city centre.

Housekeeping and staff were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and did their best to create an amazing stay. Especially the valet service and baggage staff were awesome!

The worst thing was the breakfast. Food quality is okay. On 6 out of 7 days the staff did not manage to get our order (Cappuccino + Hot chocolate) right. Sometimes we had to ask three times before receiving our drinks. Tables were often dirty and the other guests touched the food with their hands and did not behave.

All in all we enjoyed our stay but would probably choose another hotel next time.

I had a great stay at the Paramount Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. Allan and Asim, who work at breakfast, provided fantastic service, friendly, attentive, and always making sure guests were happy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a very great place to stay in the Paramount Hotel in Dubai. The room
Is spacious and modern and the staff makes sure you won’t have any problems. The only point that needs some improvement is the lift. It gets very crowded and the waiting time is long. Hopefully they can solve that soon. Anyways it has been great and we had a very good time. Special thanks to Jeim and all the staff members you have been great!
