EVOLUSHI PLUS

Super nice dinner! We hade the two person menu and we were stuffed. It was a perfect mix of new and explorative with some classic elements as well. We also had the yuzu sake which complemented the food. My personal favorites were the oyster, the guacasmash, the beef tenderloin maki and the salmon nigiri. Despite it being a big room with an open kitchen, the volume was modest and we could talk without shouting. I give it a 8,5/10.

Smøriga Brød

A beer and a grilled sandwich makes the perfect cosy dinner. The grilled cheese is amazing but I would recommend getting the soup as it felt a bit dull at least compared to the Reuben. The Reuben is to die for😍

Boqueria Göteborg

A restaurant for sharing. We ordered a half charcuterie plate to share and then we had six tapas dishes. The dishes were not only good looking, but very tasty. Everything was cooked to perfection, nothing dry and nothing raw, just perfect. My favorites were the calamares and the fried potatoes with manchego, but the charcuterie plate was a good starter.

Jinx Dynasty

Their chicken sandwich is great! The crispy and incredible juicy chicken was amazing and the toppings were so tasty both on their own but also as a whole. The bao buns were so good, but is what you can expect from this type of restaurant. We also ordered the kimchi fries which was something we have never tried before, but were to full to finish them.

Hasselssons Matlucka

Taste explosion from the crispy fries and the perfect classic moule frite. The fish and chips are hard to top though! I also had their beer (collab with beerbliotek) which was surprisingly good🙌🏻
