A classic beloved by the locals. It’s just a ‘hole in the wall’ and very low-key, but probably my favorite for those reasons. The food is incredible; you have to try the carbonara, cooked with so much love.

Dal Bolognese Roma

I always make sure to reserve a table outside here, so I can indulge in some people-watching and savor the beautiful view! The food is incredible, and you must try the white ragu - it’s exquisite! I suggest having lunch here and sitting outside to fully enjoy the experience.
