I stopped by O'Hara's for a quick drink on a Saturday afternoon. It was around 12 PM and it was already pretty busy.

Fortunately I found a seat at the bar, and immediately felt at home. The staff here are very warm and friendly. The walls are filled with police and firefighter patches, along with tons of 9/11 decor. This isn't surprising since O'Hara's is literally next to ground zero.

I'll definitely return and try the food. It looks delicious!

I am so glad we decided to come to O'Hara's for lunch! I had the 10 house Burger and my friend had a club wrap with onion rings; both delicious! The host was very funny and jovial and really made the place lively! The history at O'Hara's is touching and something worth seeing especially if you've ever worked in public safety. The FDNY firefighter memorial is right next to it and it is also something to visit.

I absolutely loved my visit here. The bar staff are so friendly and welcoming even went out of their way to make room for me when it was crazy crowded. Yummy bar food and drinks, fun atmosphere and let me have a look at their photo book from the 9/11 tragedy 🩵 don't miss a visit here it's in the heart of the beautiful Financial District.

The O'Hara's is not just an Irish pub, it is an institution that served  as the HQ for man forces that came here to help in the aftermath of the 9/11 event.
Here you will find lots of memorabilia as lots of Fire men, policemen, army force, etc brigades from all around the world send their badges.
The place is literally covered from floor to ceiling in memorabilia.
This is well worth a visit and the food was also really good. We would definitely come back here if in the region.

I think this place has been visited by every emergency service in the USA and beyond, the walls and ceilings are decorated with patches and flags, a truly amazing place.
Great selection of food and service was as you would expect...... Fast and with a smile.
Definitely worth a shot.

Besökte här för 18 år sedan när jag senast besökte New York. Mina föräldrar hälsade på några år senare och satte upp min polisbricka på väggen. Jag lyckades hitta den och satte en ny bredvid den. Guinness var klockren. Platsens historia och det som hände 2001 gör den till en plats som räddningspersonal bör besöka när de är i New York.

Bra Guinness, bra Service, inte bra Philly ostbiff. Köttet var tjockt, segt och konstigt smakande. Varm paprika och massor av svartpeppar var genomgående, knappt någon ost och standard pommes frites. Jag skulle vilja se en liten sallad eller sauterade/rostade grönsaker erbjudas istället för pommes frites.

Ett måste besök för oss varje gång vi kommer till NYC. God mat/drycker till mycket rimliga priser. Mycket starkt band till 9 - 11 , och ägaren får dig att känna dig som familj.

Två av mina medarbetare var där i affärer den 28 maj 2025 och jag behöver detaljerade kvitton på deras middag. Jag har försökt ringa phn # på kvittot på hemsidan och allt jag får är en upptagen, upptagen, upptagen ton. 
Kan jag få ett bra # som någon faktiskt kommer att svara på och förhoppningsvis hjälpa mig.

O'Hara's var bekvämt beläget nära Ground Zero i NYC. Dess väggar var så unika att de visade första svararnas patchar från hela världen. Hamburgarna var inte av den här världen! Det bästa jag någonsin ätit! Vi pratar fortfarande om vår erfarenhet där! Vi kände oss mycket lyckligt lottade att ha hittat denna dolda pärla!

Jag älskade verkligen den här baren - den är så udda! Jag tittade in för en bar måltid och en öl och stannade hela natten! Barpersonalen var super engagerande och roligt! Om du är i centrum, måste du stanna till!

En sådan härlig upplevelse. Jag fick känna sig välkommen från det ögonblick jag kom in. 
Jag kom under en mycket upptagen tid men personalen hade inga problem att hitta mig en plats att sitta och ta en snabb bit mat. 

Maten var supergod och jag kunde inte tro priserna - så prisvärd! ! ! ! 

Jag glömde att ta med en lapp under detta besök, så jag kommer med all säkerhet tillbaka med en nästa år! Detta kommer att vara en regelbunden plats för mig att besöka under mina årliga resor till staden från och med nu

Efter att ha besökt 911 Memorial / Museum 2 par anlände till O’Hara’s
för att äta lunch. Vi möttes av en retsam herre och satt i några minuter. Stämningen, personalen, dryckerna och lunchen var fantastisk! Vi åt alla olika burgare och var överens om att de nog var den bästa burgaren vi någonsin ätit! Tack O’Hara’s för en fantastisk tid och vi kommer att rekommendera din anläggning till vår familj och vänner!

Maten var den sämsta jag någonsin ätit någonstans, jag beställde något enkelt kyckling och pommes frites maten var kall när den kom skickade tillbaka den de mikrade den men pommes fritesen var fortfarande kall skickade tillbaka den igen fick färska pommes frites men kycklingen var bränd jag har inget emot att betala för något men det måste vara ätbart detta var fruktansvärt. Vi betalade 76 $ för beställning av pommes frites , kyckling & en kyckling wrap som inte var för en hund att äta . Därefter ett servicetips på 11 $. Stället måste servera bra mat inte skit.

Vi var på besök i NYC och min son hittade denna pärla till ställe en natt så han tog mig dit för mors dag. Det var en kort promenad från vårt hotell. Vi satt i baren och det var inte mycket upptaget. Bartenders var super trevlig och Servicen var stor. Jag beställde fläskkotletten och den var jättegod. Väggarna är täckta med patchar från First Responders som har besökt från hela världen. Vi hittade en patch nära oss från Bloomington, minuter som är vår hemstat. Vi kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka hit. Älskade det!

Typiskt barkäsnsla/engelsk pub. Hårdrock spelas medan basket visas på all skärmar. Perfekt pit stop om du är i NY. Maten helt ok. Burgaren bra stelt med köpebröd. Ceasarsalladen- lite trist. Men helt ok. Skulle gå hit för känslan, god öl och atmosfär mer än en kulinarisk upplevelse !

Jag älskade den här baren. Personalen är så vänlig och tillmötesgående, smaskiga drinkar och bar mat och en rolig atmosfär. Inredningen är verkligen speciell och om du frågar snällt de kommer att låta dig titta på sin bok till minne av 9 / 11 . 
Rekommenderar starkt denna plats.

Detta är en av de mest otroliga pubar jag någonsin varit på NÅGONSTANS i världen, inte bara NYC. Kvarter bort till 9 / 11 minnesmärke, har den tusentals fläckar från brand- och polisstationer från alla 50 stater och andra världsstäder. 

Servicen är förstklassig, eftersom personalen är super vänlig och uppmärksam! Särskilt tack till Joel och Benny (Bernard) för att vara sådana fantastiska värdar. Atmosfären är helt fantastisk, och bartendrarna ger generösa upphällningar!
