The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time and the person on duty made suggestions on what ice cream flavors I should get. I wanted to try out honey comb and it was suggested for me to pair it with earl grey. I also love that they use wooden spoons for customers to try out ice cream. They are lessening the use of plastics! There were seats inside and outside.

This place is great! The size of the store is small so just be ready for the crowded spot but the ice cream is delicious! One of my favorite ice cream companies in NYC. You absolutely have to try the earl grey ice cream - it is fantastic!! The staff is super friendly and will let you try plenty of flavors as you make up your mind. Do go and check it out!

This place is cutely decorated, with cheerful, bright colours and a fun ambience. Service is friendly. The ice cream is average. I wanted more flavour intensity. For instance, the dark chocolate brownie fudge ice cream tasted vaguely of milk chocolate if anything and it reminded me even less of brownies. The texture of the ice cream too was not creamy and rich enough. The hot fudge was tepid and barely tasted of anything. I think grocery store ice cream is no worse than this.

Yum! I love Van Leeuwen because they offer both vegan and gluten free options, including some that are BOTH vegan and GF! Big win!

All of the flavors I've tried have been delicious, and hit the mark on being creamy and not having weird texture which vegan ice cream often suffers from.

Service here ranges from fine to so bad you give up and come back another time- really hit or miss, bad enough to lose stars for with an otherwise great product.

Flavors rotate seasonally which is fun- always something new to try!
