My husband and I dined at Gusto last night and had an amazing experience. We did the nine course tasting menu with wine pairing.

The sommelier, Hugo, made this experience exceptional. His knowledge of wine is very impressive and he’s such a pleasure to talk to.

We have stayed in Conrad for my birthday. Dined in Gusto on first night and it was the best experience I have ever had.
We have opted for 9 course tasting menu, spent three hours constantly eating! Extra bread and amuse Bouche, with some petit four to finish.
Amazing sommelier recommended us local Alvarino.

Amazing restaurant, the tasting menu is really really good.
You have a choice of 5 or 7 courses with or without wine pairing.
The food and service are Michelin star quality.
The tables are large and the location is stunning, overlooking the swimming pool of the Conrad resort.
The staff is very nice and make you feel welcomed, without being too present.
They speak all the languages!
