Had my birthday at Rumpus Room, and it was such a good time.

Huge shoutout to Gabriel for organizing everything and Jamie for holding it down at the VIP section—both were amazing. The staff was super flexible with the way that we wanted to organize hitting the minimum and they were super accommodating with our guest list policy/preferences, which made everything way easier. Also probably the best bang for your buck in NYC in terms of minimum requirements.

They even threw in a free bottle of champagne with a sparkler, which was a fun touch. And the DJ was awesome — he took requests and had us dancing all night. Definitely recommend for your next party!

My sister and I had our birthday party here and it went perfectly! The owner, Gabriel, was so easy to  communicate with throughout the whole process. The music was SO GOOD! Such good throwbacks! We were seriously having a blast all night. Gabriel also took some of the best pics of my friends and i that we will have forever! My friends and I all had so much fun!!! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Gabriel and the rest of your team for the best birthday!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Rumpus Room! We celebrated my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah here and worked with Gabriel to find a time where we could party with just our guest list of 100 people. Gabriel was amazing to work with and so accommodating. He set us up with a DJ, Photo Booth buyout, coat check and bartending staff, etc. He was good with us bringing in a custom neon sign, food, balloons and a catering staff as well as having his bartenders make signature cocktails. OUR PARTY WAS SO MUCH FUN! I could go on and on. Thank you Gabriel and Jahan and the incredible team at Rumpus Room.

Threw a surprise party for my girlfriend and the venue couldn’t have been any more perfect. Gabriel was so helpful and the staff were so friendly and on point. Perfect night!

Rumpus Room is an incredible place to host a party!! My friend and I cohosted a birthday party for the both of us, and we felt so cared for and amped up by the staff. We went the route of booking a private area with a minimum spend requirement. The private area is not so so private from the rest of the bar but on our night, there weren’t many other guests so it just so happened that we filled in most of the bar! I felt like we had enough space to move and dance, which is definitely nice.

Also, the DJ was incredible - just the kind of music I want at a party where I want to be dancing.

Staff was really helpful with serving cakes (that we brought out ourselves), and they did the bottle service sparkler for us! That was so so fun. The bartenders were also really kind at the end of the night when I kept asking for water, and they helped me get HYDRATED (very needed)

I will definitely be recommending rumpus room to my friends and hope to come to another party here soon!
