Bellevue Beach

Nice beach with lots of white sand just north of Copenhagen. Very close to Dyrehaven national park. The local train takes you from Copenhagen city to Klampenborg station in about 20 minutes. The railway system was a bit confusing but I asked about ten people along the way back and forth and everything went smoothly. I recommend everyone to do the same instead of spending tourist time getting lost 😊

Copenhagen Strand

They had a great weekend offer when I was there - checkout on Sunday at 6 PM so you basically get a full extra day. The bed was pretty hard so if you are around 52 kg like me and prefer softness and are picky, bring your own pillow. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel is in the city centre very close to Nyhavn.

Rosenborg Castle

I stayed at a hotel in the city centre and took morning walks to this small castle. Serene early morning atmosphere (Saturday and Sunday) along quiet streets and then a stroll through the beautiful park to the castle and rose garden.
