A wonderful family owned place set on the beach in Diani this was a really wonderful experience. The setting is gorgeous, a cooling forest that leads down to white sands and a series of lodges and houses set around giving a lovely communal feel. There are lots of activities from swimming in the very warm pools to scuba diving, snorkeling, horse riding, paddle boarding, kayak, tennis and more. Or simply relax on one of the may loungers overlooking the ocean and read or doze or dream. The food was wonderful and the served by the genuinely lovely, kind and thoughtful staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone for a relaxing place to stay and enjoy nature by the sea.

Kinondo Kwetu is an absolute blissful place. The staff from every department made such an effort and ensured our stay went well. Kudos to Hamisi from the Marine department who took charge of entertaining our son who needed to ease into the holiday spirit!  The food was excellent, rooms clean and very quiet and overall perfect fit to what we were looking for. We hope to be back again!

Idyllic location at the far south end of Diani Beach. Very, very peaceful - somewhere to let time stop for a few days. Excellent food and service. Our cottage was a unique round structure, over 2 floors which provided excellent shady views of the sea.

One of the best hotels I have had the privilege of staying at. Although the rooms are basic, they are clean and  charming. The food is truly exceptional especially considering where you are in the world (and considering that we are picky eaters/foodies with children)! What sets this hotel apart from anything else in the world is the service- friendly, attentive, passionate and dedicated to excellence. A big kudos to Didi and her team. The location of the hotel is far from the center of Diane,  but to be fair, i cannot imagine why any one would want to venture too far from the incredible oasis of bliss that kinondo kwetu provides. Any potential negatives of the rustic and isolated nature of the hotel are completely negated by the quality of service, hospitality and attention to detail. A shout out to Vuyo, Emmanuel and Hasan for providing excellent adventures during our stay. We will be back ... Regularly.

So among so many tourist traps this place stand out and is great.  Before I had the amazing burgers and now this club sandwich.  With MANY small local beers you will always be guided right. I had their own IPA and all works great. They have a few seats outside for great people watching. Don’t miss this place.

Loved this place! Food was insane, the drinks were great and the service was unmatched. Glasses were never empty and our bellies were left full! 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!!!

Perfect choice of beers. A great beer place. Is usually always full. Food was good too. It is bar food so it’s like burgers, nachos, tacos etc. but tasted very good.

Excellent choice of beers on tap. Unfortunately I got a real funky one that tasted like cheese gone bad. Round two was definitely a safer choice.

Food is excellent 👌🏽 we ordered 3 starters and 2 burgers.
I did find it a bit pricey though.
