The restaurant we ate at is located in the Wanchai area. We decided to try it because of the good reviews, and it turned out to be really delicious. The place is small with modern decor. You need to take a number outside and wait about 15 minutes for us turn to be seated. The prices are reasonable.

The restaurant seemed to be quite a famous one. I went there with my friend at around 07:30pm on a weekday night. The restaurant was full and we waited around 20 minutes to take a seat.

There was no physical menu. Order was taken via only QR code. We ordered 2 assorted dumplings and siumai, and some fried spring rolls. All tasted very good. Food was prepared using local seasoning, which was quite unique among dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong.

Service was fair. Teapot was refilled on a timely basis. Food was served promptly. Price was fair for food at this quality. They accept major payment methods including Octopus and credit cards.

Creative and beautifully presented dim sum.  I like the fried tofu, red rice roll, Custard bun, Har Kaw and the char siew rice roll was wrapped with slices of char siew. I would like yo provide 3.5 star rating however there is no such option.

Superb place to eat good dim sum and try some local Hong Kong dishes for brunch! The food was very good and really tasty. There were also lots of locals here too. I personally enjoyed the Congee, Truffle dumplings, and Chicken on rice with the preserved sausages. However, I did not like the preserved sausages but that is just my preference, the rice and chicken and vegetables were fantastic. I also ordered a cold homemade Peach Oolong Tea which was nice! The service was great and we had to order through a website by scanning the given QR code. The restaurant is also decorated really well with bright and flashing colors and it presents a very sleek and modern yet historic atmosphere and experience which I liked. Great for brunch!

A fusion Dim Sum. Why Fusion, not because of mixture of cuisine type, but different type of Dim Sum. We tried 9 different types of Siew Mai, including the traditional ones. A typical HK Dim sum restaurant because you still need to wash your cutleries with the tea you order. This restaurant, you don't need to share your table with others, you scan QR code to order. No carts pushing around. We order the 8 siew Mai and a traditional one. 9 different tastes, but the traditional one is still better. You have curry, black pepper, salami, unagi, etc. Hagao is the best. 3 pieces of whole prawn wrap in a thin skin. The flavors are good and succulent. Rib & Chicken feet, I think, is beef tripe with chicken feet. For a non-beef eater, please check before eating. Also, order the 一口鹹水角. Colourful. The char siew bun is flavorful, but the bun skin is a bit too thick. Maybe I'm too full after all the food we ordered. We end our lunch with the beancurd mango with strawberry bits. It's the highlight of the entire meal. Overall, it's still a 5 stars.
