We travelled on the 18th from Slagelse, getting to central København at around 9pm. Really tired, and looking forward to getting into a warm bed. However, the original hotel we booked, we hadn't realised that it was temporarily closed down. Thankfully, hotel Alexandra, was our replacement hotel. Good food, great service and about 5 mins away from the metro. We are definitely using this hotel many more times. And to accommodate us, they didn't charge us extra, for the exchange of hotel. And after walking to the original hotel, we were knackered, and we're worried that we would have to walk, they accommodated us by sending a taxi to pick us up and paying for it. We arrived within 15 mins. We were given a free breakfast on the 19th, and we were upgraded from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel. Our double room was very nice and cozy. And big enough. I paid for the breakfast on the 20th, as it was our last day, and wanted to enjoy the facilities that were available until our stay was up. We only paid £33 for two meals, hot and cold drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel, when staying in København, Danmark. And as a half danish woman, travelling with my partner who only speaks English,  the hotel were a danish and English speaking hotel. They were very welcoming 🙏

Very unhelpful front desk with zero sympathy. I booked for a wrong date somehow through booking.com. I asked the front desk to simply change the date from a week to today but they would not care. This was within an hour of booking. They wanted twice more money. Went to the hotel next door which was much nicer, friendlier, and half the cost.

Not a bad hotel. Keys are quite fancy so you will have to go through a certain process to get back into your room, nothing too complicated. The rooms themselves are fine. It's just the bathroom. Our bathroom sink refused to plug itself. The notorious shower curtain design choice also is a little infuriating because the water always goes everywhere. The beds are comfy and the furniture is really nice.

You should make a reservation early if you want breakfast. Then again, there are a multitude of items outside that would be more than sufficient for a meal.

Stayed there May 2024 during my solo trip to Copenhagen. The hotel is ideally located in the middle of the city, with a subway station next to it. The rooms are quite small, but it was alright since I was by myself. However, the rooms are clean and modern. The staff are quite friendly and gave me good tips about the city. Also, they offer complementary wine in the evenings!

Very nice hotel, comfortable and relaxed. It's furnished in the "Danish Modern" style which is quirky and interesting. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a a free glass of wine in the late afternoon, a nice thing to do. The location is ideal, close to the railway station and major attractions. Again nice place to stay!
