Instinct bistro welcomed us with incredibly nice and helpful staff. We had special dietary restrictions and they managed to guide us through the menu and recommend interesting options. We were totally enchanted by the appetizers, but only after them did the real feast begin. We took the dish for two and loved it! We have never eaten such tender pork complemented by those aromatic sides. Chapeau bas!

Some places understand the art of food. Bistrot Instinct understands this. You can tell that there is much intentionality that goes behind flavor and texture combinations. Both my entree and dessert each had something so creamy, something crispy, something in the middle. I’m not a big fan of scallops…however, these scallops tasted mild and buttery soft. The vanilla in the sauce added mystery and intrigue, and somehow tasted like it really belonged there. They are imaginative and creative, which is always a huge +++ in my book.

A cozy restaurant with top-notch food and cocktails. The food was creative and delicate - using different tastes and textures but they go along so well. The scallop we ordered was a combination of several sweet flavors which I hope could have been better balanced out by savory flavor, but was happy in general. Would visit encore!

Fun, small place: 2 floors; most tables are upstairs. Friendly service. About 25% french speaking clientele.
Food was great: super tasty, decent portions. Good value for money. Decent wines by the glass (esp. the chardonnay). Would happily go back.

This is an INCREDIBLE restaurant. I was absolutely blown away by every single bite. These chefs are so creative with everything they choose to serve. I highly recommend this intimate and delicious spot.
