Personalen på Pocketsquare är exceptionella, oavsett hur upptagen bar Servicen är alltid topp. Amy och Lu gör baren till en varm och vänlig plats för både affärsresenärer och ensamstående kvinnliga resenärer. (vilket är ovanligt! ) 

Matmenyn har ändrats men tillgodoser vegetarisk, vegansk och har de bästa köttbullarna! Rekommendera Amys litchi martini!

Efter ett väldigt försenat flyg ville jag bara ha en espresso martini när jag landade och Aimee kom genom för mig! IT var helt perfekt. Chipsen var utsökt också. Fantastisk service, mat och upplevelse. Kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Vi stannade 2 nätter, och alla Pocketsquare bartenders var fantastisk - extremt trevlig, och tankeväckande också! Nandhu serverade båda kvällarna jag var där, och han kom ihåg mig vilket jag tyckte var coolt, han lade till stil och speciella inslag till drinkarna han gjorde. Var och en av de 2 nätterna fanns det en 2: a bartender också, och båda (Jordanien och den andra) var så trevlig! Jordan har ett kreativt sinne. 

Jag uppskattade också Richards samtal nere vid frukostavdelningen. Jag njöt med min 4-åring en blandning av kontinentala och varma frukostbuffé objekt, och han tog med sig hennes pannkakor från köket, och hjälpte henne att nå ett dricksglas som var precis utom räckhåll för henne. Den egna apelsinjuicen verkade färskpressad. 

I receptionen, Nicole löste ett problem för mig som gjorde vår vistelse enklare. Personalen i receptionen var effektiv, och mycket artig också. Före - resa, Ania i reservationer gick utöver om och om igen. Eftersom jag var en internationell resa hade jag nått ut genom e-post före resan och jag var så glad att samma person svarade varje gång. Det fick mig att känna mig värderad, som om hon tog hand om oss och hon såg till att varje objekt som kommunicerades med henne var adresserad och det kändes bara som om hon var villig att ta ansvar för att säkerställa att vi skulle ha en bra vistelse. Jag uppskattade verkligen hennes ansträngningar bakom kulisserna. 

Vi kommer absolut bo här på denna plats igen, och jag kan 100 % säga att det var på grund av personalen som arbetar här. 

Rummet hade allt vi behövde, en bekväm säng, luftkonditionering, extra kuddar var stuvade i plast i garderoben, en hårtork fanns i nattduksbordet, ett kassaskåp, schampo, gel och balsam i duschen, USB-uttag (hjälpsam eftersom vi inte behövde koppla in vår internationella laddare block) , kylskåp, hängare så att vi kunde tvätta kläderna i våra ryggsäckar, och det fanns inget buller från andra rum som kunde höras.

Lucrezia, Nandhu och Jordanien var fantastiska under hela kvällen. Drycker är utsökta och de ger mer än gärna rekommendationer baserat på smak/preferens. Vi hade några snacks också och de gjorde ingen besviken.

Goda drinkar. Menyn var ganska begränsad och skulle gärna ha sett mer som erbjuds men maten vi hade var trevlig.

Tack för en fantastisk upplevelse på din vackra takterrass bar. All personal var exceptionellt vänlig och välkomnande. Vi har haft några läckra cocktails och nibbles. Sree var en mycket varm och vänlig värd, han gav oss tips om vad man ska prova från cocktailmenyn! . Definitivt en dold pärla. Kvällens skyline var hisnande.
