It was an amazing meal. My wife and I ordered a selection of Tapas and shared. The Brussel sprouts with lemon foam and curd was delicious. It was light and not greasy. Each leaf was removed from the sprout.  Totally different than what I expected. My wife ordered mini uni steamed buns which were rich and delicious. We shared the Paella which I think has squid ink sauce.  Once we were done with the Tapas they brought us over to the dessert room. The different desserts made right there were on display. We shared the chocolate mousse rose. Very good. The dessert chef was creating a special dessert for a family of 5 people which she did on a giant piece of glass. She squirted different sauces on the glass making interesting patterns and added different desserts like it was a piece of art. It looked too good to eat. My wife and I were very impressed and will return. The menu is massive so we can have a completely different selection next time.

Had an incredible experience here at The Bazaar. The food was phenomenal, from the presentation to the taste of every dish, it was great. The service was outstanding, our server Juan, among everyone else that brought drinks and dishes out was amazing. The dessert experience was so cool too. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to have great food! We definitely will be back again next time we are in town.

Wow. I don't think I've ever left a food venue where I had such high hopes so thoroughly disappointed. My girlfriend and I came here for Dine LA. It's one of those pricey ones ($100 / person), but we'd had great success at others like this (Scratch in Encino was phenomenal!). Here's the good part:

1. Very interesting decor. The overall look and feel of the venue was fantastic and had us looking at every detail.
2. Great cocktails. I had an Old Fashioned. I'm a bit of a whiskey snob, and it was top notch.
3. From the menu items, we both really enjoyed the Tuna Tartare and the Beef Tartare. Close behind those was the Cotton Candy Fois Gras. The Flan dessert was very good.

That's pretty much it for the good. Here's the bad:

1. Valet Parking was $17. Yikes. I'm no stranger to valet and know it's necessary, but $17? Come on. Total rip off.
2. My cocktail took 20 minutes. We ordered drinks first and they took three courses, before they came to us.
3. They rushed us. At $100 / person, you'd think their wait staff would know how to pace a multi-course meal. They didn't. They brought us dishes before we were even done with what was in front of us, stacking our table with plates everywhere. We definitely felt rushed, and it totally put a stink on the experience.
4. The other food items. The Ramen was horrible - probably the worst I've ever had (I have it about every 3 weeks on Sawtelle in West LA). The Shrimp dish was bland. It was if they just put some marinara sauce on the shrimp and said, "Voila!". The Grilled Octopus was just "Meh". The pesto sauce they put under the octopus overwhelmed the dish. The Waffle dish was horrible, too. The waffle itself was way overcooked, and the filling tasted bad (my girlfriend said it tasted like sesame paste). I didn't care for the Stuffed Pepper. I felt there was no flavor and the texture was not to my liking. The Wagyu beef was well prepared, but the sauce was, again, horrible. Such a shame they ruined such a nice cut of meat with whatever it was they put under it. By the time we got to the Phily Cheese Steak, I was getting full and didn't want to spoil my dessert so I passed. My girlfriend said she liked it, but that it wasn't something she was overwhelmed by. Finally, the Chocolate Mousse dessert was just OK. The mousse itself was pretty rich (to be expected), but the sugar garnish (which was also covering the mousse itself) was pretty nasty. I love sweets - all things sugar/chocolate - but this was too much. It had almost a "tangy" flavor to it? Not sure exactly how to describe it, but it was left alone after two bites.

So there you have it. Overall, I would not recommend going here unless you Uber and just sit in the lounge to order drinks. The food was underwhelming to say the least and it was quite over priced.

One more thing. This was very anecdotal, but just as we sat down the waiter came and gave us the pitch. He tried to upsell us on the "Truffles" at $25 / 2g or $50 / 4g. The couple next to us told us after he left that they didn't like the truffle option at all. Based on their recommendation, we passed, and we were VERY happy to have done so.

What a fabulous evening. A fun experience from start to finish!! Each cocktail has something fun & unique about it, I doubt you can go wrong but if you're unsure ask your server for a recommendation. The food was interesting & I mean that in the BEST way possible. New & fun takes on food you wouldn't expect, from crunchy Cesar salad rolls to floating coconut islands. It is on the pricier side & the portions are small, but this is a culinary adventure worth taking. I danced in my seat as I munched on each special plate, the music is loud & lively!! Our server was well informed & made some great suggestions. A couple plates came out very late, including one cocktail, which seemed very strange to me, however that didn't get in the way of the enjoyable time we were having. I've included pictures of the buffalo wings, coffee rubbed wagyu, lamb shank, shrimp, magic mojito, wagyu cheek, and last but certainly not least, the Japanese pears. For dessert they move you to another room, some could say it's even another dimension; the dessert kingdom. Such beautiful looking chocolates & treats, your eyes eat up the display!!! I've attached a picture of the cheesecake, coconut island, sorbet, chocolate chip cookies, flan, chocolates & the beautiful latte that washed it all down. I will be going back, this was one of the most wonderful evenings I've ever had!!!

Really good food and atmosphere.  The chef does a great job with unique dishes like thr mash potatoes with egg, mozzarella and tomato and the great Jamon selection. Great cocktails too. Service was very good but takes time as its pretty busy
