Had a great stay at the Neighborhood hotel this past week! I was familiar with the Grand Beach and New Buffalo locations in Michigan, so I was excited to stay at the Little Italy location. Check in and getting in was seamless, incredibly convenient getting the code to your room and front door to your phone. The space was great for an extended stay, with modern amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and coffee maker! Everything was modern and clean, which only helped for me to relax on my work trip. Looking forward to my next trip to the area and my next stay!

I discovered this place through TikTok, and I'm so glad I did! It was absolutely perfect. Instead of staying at a hotel, I wanted something that felt more like home, and this spot delivered. They provided everything I needed, and the customer service was incredibly helpful. While there's no front lobby, you can easily reach them by text or call—they're super responsive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was clean. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Honestly, no complaints—10/10!

There are a lot of 8/10 hotel experiences.

This is a 9-10/10.

We stayed in Suite 306, 1-br. It's about 600sq ft (big) and is a full apartment.

Very nice king size bed and sofa is a pull-out queen. The bedding for the pull out sofa was in a zip tied bag to show it was clean.

They texted the code to the building and room and answered all my questions via text before I arrived (great service).

They provide local coffee and a premium coffee maker. It was exceptional coffee. There is personality in the neighborhood guide book (whoever edited this, let's be friends). The blankets are made in the neighborhood by social services.

This was a  special place to stay. I don't think I've ever looked forward to staying in a room this much before.

We really enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom suite. It felt like having your own apartment in the city. I was surprised by how quiet and almost soundproof it was, which was very nice. The living room was huge, with a dining table as well and fully stocked kitchen attached to it. There's a full stove and oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and everything you need to make a meal. I love that every room has its own temperature controls, and the units are very efficient. The bathroom is adorable and spacious, and I love the unique soaps. From the 4th floor, the view was great out each window. The only downside I suppose, is that there is only a TV in the living room, and none in the bedrooms. We weren't there long enough to care much about that, but it does make a difference if you each want to go chill and watch something for a bit. Not a deal breaker though. Overall, this place was amazing and I'd definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here! Booked the 2 bed/2 bath with terrace and it was a very comfortable and roomy stay for our girls weekend group. Beds are very comfortable, and all of the linens (bedding, towels etc) are top quality. Fresh local coffee is an excellent touch and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Cute little neighborhood and close enough via Uber to downtown. There wasn’t any patio furniture so that was the only drawback - maybe because it’s October?
