I love to support local business but this one isn't worth it. The large pizzas we ordered were not only more expensive than other restaurants but they seemed smaller too. It seemed we recieved medium size pizzas instead of larges as ordered as well as the incorrect crust type. The pizza was extremely greasy which honestly didnt bother me. Overall taste wasnt expectional or worth it considering the price. Restaurant seemed clean and cozy.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BREADSTICKS! So delicious, especially with the mariana sauce! The owner was super friendly while taking our order and had our pizza out to us real quick. I have been to numerous Pizza Factory places in California, and this one was just a good. My husband said the beer was on point and the place was nice and clean. Will be back for sure!

The pizza was delicious and the tiny wings we're good. Calzones & film cookie, not impressed. The cashier (lady owner) had horrible customer service. She was incredibly rude. While in the restaurant, she asked customers to get up and find another table because it was reserved. When customer said she didn't see the sign, owner picked it up and showed her. A few minutes later we politely asked if there was a reason behind the reserved table at closing and she rudely said it was personal. Empty restaurant with a reserved seating will prompt people to ask.

Also 30 minutes before closing she told a woman (fam of 5) she had to order to go because they are closing. A guy right after her ordered and they told him he could stay as long as he needed too. We stayed til closing and they reiterated to the guy to stay as long as they are cleaning.

This was our first and last time here. No thanks.
