 a popular after-work spot where the atmosphere immediately immersed us in Gothenburg’s relaxed vibe. In the greenhouse-style seating area, we enjoyed a refreshing beer (only 39 SEK each!) and a great cup of coffee – the perfect start to our food and drink experience in Gothenburg.

Feskekörka – Seafood Delights, Champagne, and Cultural Heritage

, where we indulged in some “afternoon snacks” with a small seafood platter featuring freshly caught shrimp, langoustines, oysters, and a few glasses of champagne. Feskekörka impressed us with its unique architecture and historical ambiance, a reminder of Gothenburg’s deep connection to the sea and its rich cultural heritage.

After a quick outfit change at the hotel, we headed out for pre-dinner drinks at

The highlight of the evening was definitely 

, a Michelin-starred restaurant. We had the choice between a creative tasting menu or à la carte, all paired with carefully selected wines and guided by knowledgeable staff. If you’re looking for the best dining experiences in Gothenburg, SK is a must.

, where innovative cocktails featuring flavors like brie, jalapeño, and cheesecake challenged our taste buds. A fun place for unique drink experiences, though perhaps not a go-to spot for everyone.

Day 2: From Coffee Breaks to Cultural Impressions

 – a small, cozy café known for its carefully selected coffee beans and delicious grilled sandwiches.

, where we tasted insanely good Bao Buns. Our CEO, Oscar, even declared this visit the best experience of our entire Gothenburg trip!

, we took a much-needed break from all the food. Their cardamom buns and coffee were absolutely top-notch!

To get a dose of culture, we visited Mankovsky Gallery. Here, we encountered modern art in a playful setting – a hidden gem for those looking to explore Gothenburg’s art scene.

Before the evening began, we needed some relaxation, so we visited 

. Here, we enjoyed great drinks, a sauna, and poolside lounging.

Gurras – Open Kitchen Dining and Genuine Hospitality

, we were met with a menu filled with flavorful dishes and wonderful wines. The open kitchen and genuinely warm staff immediately gave us a true taste of the city’s passion for food. The dry-aged and grilled halibut was an incredible flavor experience that blew us away, and the basil pavlova for dessert became a trip favorite for many in our group.

At Studion by Collage, we treated ourselves to an energizing espresso martini after dinner. This smaller, creative alternative to its sister venue, Collage, showcased how seamlessly Gothenburg’s nightlife transitions from relaxed dining to lively bar scenes.

Stranger – Hidden Basement Bar with High-Quality Cocktails

For our final stop of the night, we explored 

, a hidden gem in a basement venue. Here, we experienced a unique concept where you ring a bell for entry and enjoyed top-tier cocktails with fun themes – a perfect ending for those wanting to uncover Gothenburg’s secret treasures.
