WOW. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with such friendly faces. The staff here are honestly AMAZING!!!!! So friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We had a very special time. The rooftop pool and bar are out of this world. 360 degree views of ocean and cityscape and mountains. Breath taking. Pool is heated to the PERFECT temperature too!!! Enjoyed the lovely poolside day beds, great service and made wonderful memories!

During my recent trip to Cape Town, I had the pleasure of staying at O'Two Boutique Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stylish, modern atmosphere that set the tone for my stay.

My room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed with sleek decor, plush bedding, and all the amenities I could ask for. I opted for a suite, and the extra space made my stay even more comfortable.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the rooftop pool. I spent hours lounging by the sparkling water, enjoying the breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the ocean. The poolside bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve had, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

As someone who works while traveling, I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and peaceful environment that made it easy to stay productive. The hotel’s location also made it convenient to step out for a quick coffee or a bite to eat at some of Cape Town’s best restaurants.

To top it all off, the Wellness Spa was pure luxury. After a long day, I treated myself to a massage, and it was the ultimate relaxation experience. The in-house gym was also a great bonus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine.

If you’re looking for a hotel that offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend O'Two Boutique Hotel. It exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Super noisy during constructions all around!! The crane destroys the view and even moves above you.
And if not lorries are queuing during the night for the stadium. For such price not relaxing!

Exclusive, but not very warm welcome.
The Rooftop Cocktails could be better.

Warning – Stay Away from This Hotel!

After my stay, I have been bombarded with messages requesting my credit card details, even though it was confirmed at check-out that everything was fully paid. This is nothing short of a scam. I will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com.

It seems the hotel staff is trying to authorize extra charges on my card without any valid reason. Since my check-out, I have been receiving daily messages through Booking.com, all without a name or proper identification.

Avoid booking here at all costs – this hotel is not trustworthy!

We made a booking on Friday for a couples massage at the Spa via the website that then directed us to a 3rd party payment system. I used the EFT option and made the payment. After that I received an email thanking me for my payment and I sent through the proof of payment to the reception as per the email. I proceeded to call them twice to confirm our booking. When we got to the spa today, Sunday 16 February. They informed us that they did not receive the money and refused us service. We had to go as far as contacting the manager who told us that he is happy for us to leave a bad review. I am shocked at the service we received but even more shock that people who deal with customers would speak to someone the way they spoke to us.
