I stayed over the weekend and booked through the Qantas website to earn points, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The room was immaculate, the service was exceptional, and the quality of everything exceeded expectations. It felt like no detail was overlooked, and I was able to truly relax and enjoy my stay. Honestly, I couldn’t fault a thing.

Totally random, but the place gave me serious vibes from shows like The White Lotus and Nine Perfect Strangers—in the best way possible. It's chic, high-end, discreet, and absolutely picture-perfect. If that makes sense!

Pure luxury with stunning views. Room and turn-down service are the best. They nearly made me joyfully teary by placing a Jackalope branded bookmark in between the pages of my half-read novel (books obsessed person here). I make a point to treat myself here at least once every year - it is worth it! HIGHLY highly recommend. Exceptional service, great food, fun  cocktails,  lots to do - simply pure indulgence!

Exceptional 6 night at experience at this wonderful adult-only boutique hotel set among the Mornington Peninsula vineyards.  The thing that makes this hotel standout above anything is the wonderful staff - everyone very warm, hospitable, and helpful, particularly Leeanne Williams and Nicola.  If you are here for a couple nights you could enjoy the entire time on property, but easy access to wonderful local wineries, many of which have great onsite restaurants.  Also the hotel offers a courtesy vehicle transportation within 10km, which we used often.

It’s been two weeks since my visit & I am still so very disappointed. 6 months ago I made a reservation & spent nearly $5000 for a two night stay to enjoy “The Midas Touch” package - paying extra for a “weekend stay”. I thought my experience would be exceptional….. however the team in multiple venues did not know of the package, I was charged an extra $6 for a Coke, extra $4 for a side of bacon & extra $20 for a glass of wine in my Dinner wine pairing with lobster!! I have received more value for my $5000 staying in a Club room in Singapore for a week! What a let down! By the way, if I came & stayed enjoying the package inclusions a la carte - I would have saved $1000. So very disappointed. I feel ripped off.
