We spent the New Year week at Hotel Bellerive and stayed in the Sky Room. On our departure I reflected with my partner that I had simply “no notes” for the Bellerive. The hotel, the service, the breakfast and the room was as close to perfection as could be hoped for. Great service from start with pick up from the station, check in was quick and we had a lovely surprise waiting for us in our room. The sky room is quite simply a bucket list experience. The view itself is sensational and the room is brilliantly appointed. Really comfortable bed, very spacious too. Food, at breakfast, was brilliant. As good a breakfast as we have had anywhere and I’m mortified that I didn’t catch the lady’s name at breakfast but she was brilliantly attentive too. Facilities are great - boot room warm, spa is really lovely with a hot tub, steam room, sauna and relaxation space. Clearly you have to either walk, bus or taxi to any of the three lift stations but this would likely be the case for anywhere you stayed (unless on top of one of them).
Will go down as one of our best hotel stays and we’d be thrilled to recommend and also return!

My favorite place to stay during our winter European vacation! Staff has great attentive hospitality before, during and after our stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and great views. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and much needed during travels! We stayed in the jr suite (no matterhorn view) and it was the perfect mix of cozy and luxury feel! Great breakfast display to choose from. Assisted with transport to and from the train station. Loved it!

Had an amazing three night stay!! The hotel was clean and had a delicious buffet breakfast. The staff made you feel at home. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The laundry service was affordable and easy to use! Will definitely visit again when in Zermatt.

We had such a lovely time at Hotel Bellerive. The room was stunning, with a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The bath tub was my favorite part! All the staff were friendly & kind and took the time to help us with anything we needed. Thank you for making this trip so special for us!

nice hotel in good location. room was great - could be perfect if we would get view of Matterhorn - unfortunately we got room in opposite direction with town view. good breakfast with many options. friendly stuffs (we missed to carry a flashlight- they loaned us one 🙏).
