Their spicy beef meal was to die for. I added a ton of their chili oil for that extra kick and it did not disappoint.
Their hand noodles are intensely flavorful and very full on volume.
Absolutely loved it!

Ordering is made very easy as you just select what you want on one of the two screens. Although I’ve asked the staff what’s their favorite which is either the N2 or NS2 (soup).
I’ve decided for the N2 and less spicy. Noodles were really good in texture. The beef was sometimes a bit too chewy but overall rich in flavor. For a “less spicy” version still good spicy haha. The Atmosphere is not really special but I came for the food anyway. Fair price and good portion

as someone who lives for strong flavors, this was right up my alley. take the ceo's message as a warning and a blessing! the cumin lamb noodles were oily, aromatic, punchy, and spicy. i got their extra spicy level and to be honest even then it wasn't that spicy -- if you're a spicy food enjoyer, i would order at this level. the quality of the protein didn't amaze me as there were bits of lamb that was just fat, but i just avoided those pieces. the noodles themselves are very long and have a really nice and chewy texture. would definitely come again to satisfy my cold weather needs! they do accept card since you order through kiosk, and seating indoors was plentiful.

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Xi'an Famous Foods! The food is incredibly authentic and bursting with flavors. We were particularly impressed by the spicy tofu dish; it adds a delightful kick to the tofu, which is hot yet pleasantly flavorful, not just spicy for the sake of heat. The aftertaste is superb and lingers wonderfully. Additionally, the noodles are a rare gem – handmade, shredded, and unbelievably tasty. Such craftsmanship in noodle making is hard to find and greatly appreciated.

Lifelong Chinatown resident here.  XiAn Famous is such a welcome addition to the Chinese food scene giving us authentic less known Chinese food from western China.

Famous for the use of middle eastern spice flavors, hot and spicy fire, hand pulled noodles, lamb and breads. I’ve been to XiAn and this food is better (and definitely cleaner).

I usually get hand pulled noodles with the pulled pork or zajiang meat. Their lamb dumplings are really flavorful and their pork and lamb buns are dense and filling. Meats are tender and juicy and it definitely doesn’t taste or feel frozen which is AWESOME!

It gets crowded though and they do sell out of stuff often which for me is a great sign that the food is fresh and not sitting around all week.

Come here for the food but also respect they run their business right!  No tipping, they pay their workers fair wages with benefits and it’s a real no frill food experience that is truly no guilt. Even with all that it is great value for the money and lots of fun.

Last stupid thing I really liked. Their takeout container had a little tab to open. It’s a nice little touch that made opening those containers easier. Stupid detail but kind of awesome to use.
