Au Marquis de Terme

The restaurant offers an upper-middle-class dining experience (around €90 for the menu). While the ambiance was a bit echoey, the food impressed with its outstanding quality and surprising creativity — like smoked pork with mussels, chickpeas, and blood sausage. The wine selection, true to its Médoc location, is excellent.
