The food is locally sourced, and the wines are simply extraordinary. The ambiance is utterly delightful, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal. For those who enjoy engaging conversations, the bar seating offers a unique opportunity to chat with the incredibly knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly staff. Despite their youth, they are exceptionally talented. The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring fresh and exciting options every time. My standout dish on my recent visit was the turnip salad with elderflower, tahini, sunflower seeds, and buttermilk – an exquisite blend of flavors that left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Aerde to anyone visiting Berlin. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!
