Went to the restaurant only for a romantic dinner.
The chef is very welcoming and we got the feeling to be home. The plates were well dressed, simple and “true to themselves” if we can say that. Everything was tasty, delicate and well chosen.

-Poor air conditioning coverage – AC is only available in the rooms. Common areas have open windows and doors, leading to a buildup of biting bugs.

We came here for dinner. The overall location is a dream: it romantic, super curated in every detail and very quiet. The menù is the same for everyone expect for the main course where you can choose two options. The waiter was very kind and nice to talk to about my holiday and where I come from.

This hotel was heaven on earth! We had read about it in the Lonely Planet guidebook and came in with high expectations which it completely surpassed. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The rooms were gorgeously decorated; you can tell so much work went into sourcing the furnishings and making each detail perfect. We loved soaking up the sun around the pool and the delicious breakfast. We booked dinner with the chef, which was phenomenal, especially if you aren't a picky eater; the chef goes to the market and decides what looks good! The location is excellent - we stayed here in order to visit Grasse and the gardens of the perfume museum before heading to another region of France. We just wished we could have had more time here! We would love to come back and can't recommend Les Rosées highly enough.

The boutique hotel is very unique and so is the dining experience at the in-house restaurant. It's set in a  gorgeous dining room that completely matches the renovated chateau they've achieved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meal wasn't cheap but was perfectly prepared. The hotel was wonderful as well. The garden area and pool and jacuzzi were great. Very relaxing. The beds could have been softer. That's about the only negative. But overall a wonderful hotel and restaurant.

My partner and I visited Vignoble Rasse in July after we were recommended it by a person in a wine store in Nice!

We drove up and weren’t sure what to expect but we met Luz who was incredibly passionate, charismatic and a total wine expert. We loved hearing her stories about tile wine and learning about their wine making process.

As Aussies we have had some amazing winery experiences but this was up there as one of the best. The wine was amazing and so were the people. It also ended up being one of our favourite and most memorable experiences from our trip as a whole.
