Amazing French food! Also had the best chocolate mousse here, definitely worth the price! Reservations are highly recommended cause the place was packed on a Wednesday night. Some bar seatings available but not a lot. The restaurant is cozy so limited seating available.

Atmosphere was great! And food was awesome! Really nice place to sit outside during the fall with a hot cappuccino when the leaves are falling 🍁 Highly recommend. There is always a long line and they don't take reservations for brunch. I had some pastries (come in pairs of two and are small), the waffle, and a croque. All great! Highly recommend!

Buvette in Chelsea is simply a must-visit for me every time I’m in New York. I was first introduced to this location, though I’ve also been to their Paris spot, and it’s always amazing—the food, the vibe, and the service are consistently top-tier. I recently caught up with a mentor here, and though it was his first time, he immediately understood why I love it so much. The ginger fizz drink is a standout, something I wish I could take home, and the waffle sandwich is unbeatable. For breakfast, especially the egg and salmon toast, Buvette is absolutely the best in New York. Just be sure to get there early; it’s popular for good reason!

i went as a party of 2 on a saturday at 11am and we actually got bar seating very quickly because everyone else in front of us had larger parties or were waiting for tables. the wait for a table probably would’ve been 45min+

Vi älskade denna vackra restaurang i Greenwich. Maten var utsökt och restaurangen hade en så mysig, varm känsla. Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka!

Restaurangen i sig är lite liten och borden är ganska nära varandra, men kvaliteten och smaken på maten gör att du glömmer det ; - ). Vi stannade här efter att ha sett TV-vännernas flerfamiljshus. Liten charmig och fantastisk atmosfär. Det blir upptaget och u kan inte boka bord. Tjänsten var fantastisk, läcker kaffe. Maten var välsmakande och underbar, mitt enda beklagande var att jag var för fylld för de läckra snygga kakorna och kakor. Anständigt pris för New York också.

Som andra har skrivit är Buvette en charmig, inbjudande skodos på en restaurang. Bord, stolar och stolar är nära varandra, men arrangemanget ger Buvette en fullsatt, intim bohemsk atmosfär. Det trånga matutrymmet skulle vara lätt att ignorera om maten var jämnare och delarna var lite generösa eller priserna något lägre. På vårt senaste besök i Buvette delade min fru och jag tre rätter. En, kycklinglevermousse på rostat fransk bröd var utmärkt. Den andra, saltad torsk i olja och vitlök, var bra men inte minnesvärd. Ihirden, escargots, var ganska smaklös utan både vitlök och örter. När vi bad om extra bröd, förväntade vi oss att betala för det, men inte $ 16 för tre bitar av rostat bröd. Så några högsta och några låga är lika med genomsnittet.

Platsen är mycket obekväm, liten med stolar överallt, inget utrymme att sitta korrekt. menyn är löjligt liten (croc monsieur, ägg med skinka, våfflor) den billigaste restaurangen i Paris skulle skratta om det. Maten var inte ens väl förberedd.

Jag gillar allt om denna plats. Jag besökte nyligen Buvette för en sen morgonfrukost och gillade verkligen maten och kaffet. Det är enkel, opretentiös mat som serveras av en vänlig personal. Även på en veckodag när jag åkte var platser svåra att komma med, så förmodligen inte en plats du vill visa upp med mer än 2 eller 3 personer. Färdiga min måltid med tarte tatin som var särskilt bra.

Detta är en måste gå för frukost i New York! Allt är läckert! ! ! ! Avokado toast och Croque monsier är underbara! ! ! Måste försöka! ! ! !

Otroligt mysigt lokal! Väldigt franskt. Vi satt vid baren och fick se hur de lagar all mat på en väldigt liten yta (han gjorde äggröran med ångaren på kaffemaskinen). Allting var allting väldigt gott, vi åt våfflor och avokadotoast med pocherat ägg. Cappuccinon var bland den bästa på resan! 

Grädde br l e s var fantastiska men måltiden var inte bra. Anka med fläskmag och en reducerad sås över bönor. Mycket medioker i bästa fall. De tar maten inom 10 minuter efter att ha satt sig. Mycket hårt utrymme och du känner dig rusad och trång. För många bra ställen att återvända till en medelmåttig upplevelse. Servitören var ointresserad och påträngande.

Kände som om de rusade oss för att vända på bordet. Tog ett par sippor av vin och maten var redan där. Mycket litet bord
Mycket liten del för priset och inte kryddat. Servitören var extremt svårt att förstå och när han uppmanades att upprepa specialerbjudandenen som han förtalade oss. Kommer inte att gå tillbaka och kommer inte rekommendera det till andra

Vi har varit i denna restaurang 3 eller 4 gånger under det senaste året, oftast för en drink och några små tallrikar varje gång, så inte en fullständig middag recension. Jag älskar den livliga men ändå mysiga atmosfären på denna plats och medan maten oftast är bra har den aldrig wowed mig. Men den här lördagens resa gjorde mig bara en recension. Jag hade den mest abysmal salladen någonsin, ärligt MacDonalds skulle göra det bättre, CAROTTES RAP ES. Jag älskar denna maträtt, jag äter den religiöst på Trois Mec i LA, jag har äntligen lyckats avkoda den enkla balansen av ingredienser för att göra det hemma, men inte lika bra som den version som fick mig att älska det i Paris och LA . Bavette avbröt en tallrik med kylskåp kalla, fuktiga morotgitter, blandade med några sönderdelade, mushy pashichos, om det var en dressing så var det inte uppenbart med den smutsiga vattniga röra, Skam!

Detta var en rekommendation från en vän och det var definitivt värt resan. Satt i West Village var vi glada att besöka och äta några mycket bra fransk stil frukost. Croissant, kaffe, croque Madame och lax toast var otroligt, allt var hög kvalitet, det enda problemet jag fann var att det var lite dyr för de små bitarna de gav. Värt att gå om du inte har något emot att betala cirka 25% mer än överallt. Härlig plats också!

Platsen är liten och människor är förpackade som sardiner. De flesta sittplatser är för två, eller du kommer att sitta vid ett gemensamt bord, mycket nära varandra. Men konceptet är roligt, alla erbjudanden är små plattor som ska delas. Vi hade ungefär 5 till sex för 4 av oss. Bäst var bifftartaren, följt av merguez, brandade och escargot. Perfekt för informell middag runt en bra flaska vin. Bra urval vinlista. Var medveten om att små plattor kan lägga upp snabbt! The toasts were a bit thick but the cream cheese and flavored toppings are really good. Also got the curry and it was delicious!

Loved the black sesame latte and recommend it if you like a nutty twist to a black sesame drink.

The space is very small so there’s not much room to dine in and may be a wait during busier times.

the prettiest toast i have ever seen! it’s strawberry jam and cream cheese layered on top of a shokupan bread. the flavor profile was quite good and i really enjoyed it. not terribly sweet! i also got a matcha au lait with coffee jelly. the coffee jelly was soft / easily breakable and added a nice touch to the matcha!

they have a lot of other nice items on the menu that I’d love to try next time, especially their sesame toast :)

We came here because of the good reviews. Honestly, I’m not sure what I expected, but I know it wasn’t just slices of toast with various toppings. For anyone who reads this - it’s literally just toast, I can’t stress this enough. I can’t believe I spent $30 on 3 slices of toasted bread that I easily could have made at home. They also gave us the wrong coffee order, to which we did not say anything because our server appeared to be outside having a smoke. It smelled great in here and I would believe that their lunch options are better than their breakfast. However, I can’t recommend the toast whatsoever.

We got the honey lemon toast. It was dry and hard. When we heard the couple next to us say they got a frozen toast, that's when we asked staff if our toast was supposed to be warm.

Staff offered another toast for us, but we preferred a refund instead.

My poor experience with the toast does not make me want to try the other flavors.

We got the lemon honey toasts and the sesame cream cheese toast. The lemon one has a mild flavour whereas the sesame and cream cheese one was a perfect balance of flavours. The bread was fluffy and soft. I also got a sesame latte but it was heavy and chalky. We also got the friend chicken and it was super tasty and not greasy. The seating is very limited but we got lucky.
