We had the most incredible stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. The location is simply unbeatable—right in the city center. As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, everything we needed was just a stone’s throw away: charming shops, cozy restaurants, iconic museums, and historic landmarks.
The hotel itself is a hidden gem, with only 7-8 rooms, making it feel wonderfully intimate and personal. The lobby is small but beautifully designed, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and perfectly appointed—small but not cramped, with smart technology that makes everything so convenient.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast-in-bed experience. The night before, we would order exactly what we wanted, and in the morning, it would arrive at our door—a beautifully arranged tray of fresh pastries, fruit, and the perfect latte. Sitting in bed, sipping my latte, with the wide European shutters open, letting in the morning light and a soft breeze, was truly magical. Watching the city come alive from that vantage point felt like a work of art.
After a slow, indulgent morning and a gentle stretch, we’d head out into the vibrant streets of Rome, with everything just a short stroll away. Staying here felt like living in a dream—a mix of elegance, comfort, and perfect Roman charm. We’ll absolutely return!

I had a wonderful stay at Corso 281 Luxury Suites. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore the city. The suite was elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

By all means, there is nothing luxury about this place, won’t call it a hotel even. Rooms are decent, yet awkward in design, can barely hang 5 pieces of clothes in the so called “closet” which is a small metal rod coming out of the wall. Breakfast is pathetic.  The only good thing about it is the location. Were celebrating a special occasion, had to check out early and forfeit the deposit in order not to ruin our overall trip experience in Rome.

Excellent hotel with outstanding location in the heart of Rome. I highly recommend it. We traveled with a baby and they were very helpful in every possible way. The food is good too, specially the breakfast, which is very complete. The only thing we missed from the default breakfast is some fresh fruit (you can order it with a supplement charge).
Special thanks to Sara from the front desk, who was nice and warm with all my family and very helpful. I hope we can come back. Thank you to the whole staff of Corso 281! Grazie e arrivederci
